We had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back! The house was spotless when we arrived and had so many thoughtful extras that made our trip even more enjoyable. We loved fishing right from the property, and seeing manatees swimming nearby. The location was perfect for exploring the area. We spent time shark tooth hunting, relaxing at the beach, and making memories with our family. Everything was exactly as described, and the hosts clearly put a lot of care into making guests feel welcome. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing Florida getaway!

Boating is our happy place. We live in this area because we love that we can get to the gulf from our home but are still nestled away from all the hustle bustle.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Nokomis is a boating community. The neighborhood is quiet. It has many canals and is enclosed by 2 creeks - Shacket and Curry. It is near several beaches, close to grocery stores and retail stores and near downtown Venice for shopping! There are many wonderful restaurants close by.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The view at this property is amazing from dawn til dusk. There is a bird sanctuary behind the house on the other side of the creek. You can see all sorts of wildlife from birds, to gators, to manatee and all sorts of fish species. It’s in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by water yet close to everything.
