Beautiful Retreat

The Blue Bird's nest was such a perfect spot for our family of 5. We did lots of sight seeing during the day, but loved coming back to a picturesque spot to relax in the evenings. Perfect location and amenities

Stayed with a friend and used it as a base for exploring the Black Hills and Badlands over four days. Incredibly convenient and central location while safely and quietly located in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from Custer. The property is gorgeous and the amenities were all as described with generously proportioned rooms. We were very pleased with our entire stay and would recommend highly.

Beautiful country setting, beautiful apartment

Nearly new, well maintained apartment above owner’s new garage. Interior so warm, welcoming, large; comfy bed. Well supplied kitchen with nice new appliances. Quiet—about 2 miles out away from Custer, yet close to anttractions. Owners friendly and hospitable.
