**THIS IS A LEGAL VACATION RENTAL** Ilikai Hotel #1423 - on the 14th floor - Studio - Free WiFi, Cable TV This large luxury studio has a king-sized bed a queen sized sofa sleeper, and a single sleeper chair. It will accommodate up to 5 people. Enjoy a fully equipped modern kitchen with pots and pans, dishes and utensils , Free high speed WiFi internet . AC in room. Lanai with table and chairs for your outdoor dining features a panoramic city view. Enjoy the LCD flat screen TV or cook a gourmet meal in the modern fully equipped kitchen. Free high-speed internet, WI-fi provided by the hotel. A/C keeps you cool inside and the spacious balcony is perfect for outdoor relaxing and classic in-room private resort dining. Beautiful kitchen with full sized fridge, and granite countertops. Located in a prime location adjacent to the Hilton Hawaiian Village and close to shopping by day at the Ala Moana Shopping Center, the convention center or the bustling nightlife of the Waikiki strip, you are close to it all. The lobby and property entry has the feeling of the Hawaiian Ohana and steps away from Waikiki Beach and the Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon. And with the water just outside your door, we've even provided 2 beach chairs for your use when you're ready for your fun day in the sun! Great location - close to everything! Just steps away from the Hilton Hawaiian Lagoon and famous surf spots including Ala Moana Bowls. You can find just about everything you need within walking distance.

Parking is available and is paid directly on site: $45/day valet parking. at the Ilikai, $33/day self-parking at the Marina Garage next door, or self parking in the harbor lots behind the hotel for $1/hr with the ability to ad time by phone or online. (*Parking rates subject to change)

Nice condo for an excellent price

This is a great place to stay in a convient location for small kids. The lagoon out back is perfect for small children and the stores downstairs is very convient.

Great place!

Condo was very clean and roomy compared to other places we’ve stayed. Everything was in good to excellent condition. Very nice towels and bed linens and comfy bed and pillows. We love the location too. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place. Well accomodated with full kitchen & cookware. Fit 4 of us perfectly.

We enjoyed this condo very much. It accomodated me and my 3 children for a week long stay very well. Well equipped kitchen & full fridge. Loved the big windows and sliding doors to the balcony, it lit up the room with so much sunshine early in the morning, nice city lights at night. We loved the fact that the Ilikai is right next to the Hilton Lagoon where they showcase fireworks every friday night. The beach chairs on the balcony were a plus for the beach. Would definitely book again.

Great location and hotel

We loved the hotel but the room we rented could use some TLC. It had the basics but could use some additional cooking apparatus and a redo of some of the furniture and decor. The location was great and easy to catch buses.

Check in was seamless. Beautiful kitchen. Great walkability. Based on photos, we thought there would be a water view but did not.

Great location

Great location, just at the west side if Waikiki Beach. Walk to shops and groceries, and buses outside the door. Car rental across the street. Disappointed that none of the wash machines anywhere in the building were working. Other than that, great stay, friendly people and lots of things to do and see on your doorstep. Check out the Ala Moana mall…biggest open air mall I’ve ever seen.

GOOD : apartment is at a great place beach ( 5 minutes walk) and shopping mall ( 10 minutes walk) very close to lots of things !!! we had a leak under the sink, called in and got fix the same day !!! BAD : unfortunately electrical problems with the building and we had 2 large power generators running day and nights in front our building , even at the 14th floor we could hear them . some lifts were not working and the one who were minimum of 7 people only About the flat, appliances very good, the room need some work, getting old ( paint flaking, deep scratches in the walls) wardrobe doors not working very well ( railing is damaged and when I slides the door it comes off the track ) all the knifes are blunts except steak knifes

Maintenance required.

The unit is fine and it was clean and the location excellent. The issue was that I had no response to an email informing the agent that the cupboard door to the linen cupboard fell completely off in our hands. My husband managed to put it back on track and we left it open. It needs attention to stop it falling off the track and it needs a knob for opening. The hole is there for it but the knob is missing. The coffee machine was plugged in but wouldn’t turn on. I tried to work out what I was doing wrong. Eventually I realized it was not power outlets in that part of the kitchen. On the other side it worked. I was grateful for that. We had to boil water on the stovetop in order to make a cup of tea. No electric kettle. I would like to have had some sort of response/acknowledgment to the email in which I informed you of the issues. Hence the poor rating for communication.

Beautiful place.

It's was awesome, room was ready and clean price was good. Beautiful beaches and my kids loved the swimming pool. Next time I'll book this property.

Great location for a short stay in the city.

Great location… adequate for what we needed for a short stay in the city. No extras (coffee, etc), but unit/building was clean.

Great location but not good hotel room

This location is at the heart of Wakiki. Amazing and beautiful. Conveniently located. . Easy access and shuttle and Valet. Hotel space was not fully equipped for a 5 person sleeping area. Not all amenities were available for a 5 day stay.

Amazing Customer Service

We enjoyed our stay at the Ilikai Hotel, the place was in a great location where you could still walk to most places. Customer Service was great with emails being sent about the check in process, room was clean and and equipped with what was needed for my stay. I will definitely be staying her in the future.
