Spacious one-bedroom condo located in a tropical oasis in the heart of Waikiki. Bright open space featuring a King bed, queen sofabed, and twin sofa bed allows this condo to sleep up to 5 people. This space has a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, two-burner stove, dishwasher, and sink.

Bamboo Waikiki features a tropical oasis in the middle of Waikiki. The pool area is surrounded by lush gardens and is perfect for a day of relaxing. all the while, the hustle of Waikiki is just outside.

Bamboo Waikiki is located just a block from the International Marketplace and two blocks to the beachfront of Waikiki. Short driving distance will take you to Downtown Honolulu, the University of Hawaii, and historic experiences like Pearl Harbor and Iolani Palace.

We love the Bamboo, the location is unbeatable. We love the pool and the restaurant/bar attached is super convenient. The condo was pretty well stocked and loved that the couch pull out had 2 beds instead of just one for our 2 kids. It had everything we needed for the week, the staff at the hotel are so nice, ABC stores in every direction, can’t complain. Looking forward to coming back!

I loved our condo/hotel. The location was perfect! We were able to walk to the beach and shopping in all directions. Room was nicely appointed. Only shock was our view was of the street and it was very noisy. However after a day of exploring Hawaii we did not notice the noise. We will definitely stay there again! One drawback parking is almost none existent and you have to pay a fee.

The room was dirty and not kept. The walls in the bathrooms were stained, the furniture was torn and I saw live bugs scurry in the kitchen and bedroom. This room is located in a hotel, but privately owned. You do not get certain hotel amenities like availability of daily fresh beach towels and hotel room cleaning. The location is great, but that’s it.

The room was dark, a/c had dust in it and furniture was ripped. Had no maid service and the restaurant downstairs cross-contaminated our food and had an allergic reaction. The only thing that was easy was checking in and out.

The room was decently clean and centrally located in Waikiki, but be aware it's managed by a property management company. When issues came up (only one tv worked), on-site staff just referred us back to our booking agent, who was slow to communicate. If they returned our message at all. They failed to send our info to the host hotel, despite booking over 2 months in advance, and we ended up waiting outside for an hour with two young children until it got sorted. We were also unsure whether we needed to launder the towels ourselves before checkout, since no one ever clarified this. Overall: ok value for the price. The property seems geared toward retirees, and kids lose pool access at 6pm (which we knew), so it's probably not the best fit if you're traveling with children.

We absolutely love The Bamboo. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The only reason this property isn’t getting 5 starts is because I did need to wipe down the counters and dressers when we arrived. This unit is right above the street. We knew that at booking and it was surprisingly less noisy than expected. We would stay here again!

Pro- Good location to shops and beach. Washer/dryer available on 2 floors. Cons- Living room lighting was dim- so not welcoming to hangout in at night. Only dishes for 4 people- even though listed as sleeps 5. Loud street noise. There is a small outdoor pool but it’s surrounded by tables and chairs for the grill/bar that’s located there. Not a place I want my kids to swim- surrounded by strangers dining near the edge of the pool- not really a place to splash and play. Only a few small parking spots available for this hotel. We had to park 5 min away in another hotel’s structure. Surf boards in picture are not for use.

The room was spacious w/plenty of towels, beach chairs and easy access. The pull out sofa beds provided decent support. There was a bit of road noise but I was able to get a proper amount of rest considering we were walking 6-10 mi./day. Another worthy point was the bathroom access for my elderly 90 y/o mother was not ADA compliant. The toilet was low and she could not get into the bathtub since there were no grab bars and being a fall risk. She had to bathe at my brother’s shower nearby. Besides that one issue. Nice location & centrally located to a variety of restaurants/coffee & shopping. It was only 3 1/2 blocks to Waikiki Beach which was really convenient.

Great amount of space. All the amenities necessary. Nice, responsive management. King bed and full queen sofa-bed are firm and super comfy. Twin sofa-bed sags a bit. Door to bathroom was inside the separated king bedroom, but that was no big deal in our case. Door to condo didn't always close all the way, so had to give it a little tug/push at times (I imagine that's fixed now as I alerted management). Not the best balconies (i.e. views), but we didn't care. Having said all that, this was a great value for 4 to 5 people, and I would stay again, and I definitely recommend this condo for 4 or 5 people.

Over all, the room was exactly as described. We enjoyed our time here and found the room to be comfortable! It had everything we needed. However, parking was difficult. We rented a large suv and had to return it to the airport for a smaller suv because we were unable to park it anywhere. The property’s parking only accommodates vehicles up to 5 foot 10 inches but was full for the duration of our stay and the other area garages do not accommodate other hotels large vehicles. They save those spots for their own guests. Just something to know when renting your vehicle. My kids found the pullout beds to be uncomfortable but I don’t believe they are any more uncomfortable then any other pullout out bed. We found the main bed in the room was very comfortable. There were plenty of extra linens and everything we wanted to do within Waikiki was in walking distance. The road traffic was very loud but that isn’t really anything the property can accommodate. I would suggest ear plugs if you are a light sleeper and we found closing the bathroom door helped with some of the road noise. The front desk staff were very friendly however this is in a hotel room so all communication for your needs goes through the host. The pool area is awesome!!

Location is excellent. Furniture is worn and dated. No dish towels or cloths to hand wash the dishes. We spent little in the room so it was good enough. Pool is small and parking in the garage was a headache to get in and out and full of water you wouldn’t want to step in.

This place worked perfect for my family an I. Great location to everything. The road noise was a lot for us at first, but that quickly disappeared an we didn’t hear it. I mean we were on the 2nd floor facing the traffic what could you expect. Had just enough stuff thru out the place to cook some decent food when we weren’t checking out all the local food available. Check in/out was deff easy. Great communication with everyone involved. We would deff stay here again for another trip.
