Beautifully decorated and spacious 4BR/3BA Cape style home .4 miles to Ellis Landing Bay Beach. This home will sleep 12 comfortably with three queen beds, two full and two twin beds. There is an deck out back perfect for dinning or simply relaxing, plus an outdoor shower to rinse off from a long day at the beach. Convenient to all local restaurants, shopping, and many more beaches make this home an attractive summer vacation home. Available off season for 3 night minimums.

Non-refundable $500 Administrative Fee, Cleaning Fee $620 (Linens Included), plus applicable state and local taxes.

Wonderful home! The location, closeness to beach, garage, back deck, overall cleanliness and beds were super comfy. Fabulous time and would rent again! Here are some things that were disappointing (and I think easy fixes / suggestions):Old, rusty, half filled propane tanks, should definitely be replaced / Yard is gorgeous, but needs serious trimming, bushes to front door growing over walkway, same over parts of driveway and deck / refrigerator in bsmt should be moved to garage, its currently downstairs without an outlet / waterheater leaking / need food storage big time near kitchen, old hutch could be replaced / closet in kitchen could be pantry / cob weds and dust in certain areas / all the old tools, materials and 'stuff' from owner should just be throw out. Lastly, parking beach pass with the home.

Overpriced and Underwhelming

The location and property management save this property from a worse review. The home is overpriced and underwhelming. We were met with poorly sealed bags of bed linens and towels that were placed on the front stoop for us to bring in a setup amidst a driving rainstorm that soaked the items in one of the bags. While the bathrooms were updated, the beds were not comfortable at all. We ended up cutting our stay short. We will return to Chatham and The Cape again... just not at this property.

Easy walk to Ellis Landing beach

Charming home with updated kitchen and first floor laundry. Easy walk to the warm bay waters. Gorgeous sunset at the beach.

Requirements not met

The middle bedroom had a double bed, info from initial details stated 3 queen beds. There were only two and the middle bedroom upstairs was broken. Our biggest disappointment was that the tv was not equipped with NESN. Yes there was cable, but very limited selection of channels.

Nice house and close to beach

Property was clean and close for the beach, less than 8 minute walk. It was good for kids we could pull a wagon down the beach and the house was on a dead end with a nice front yard to play.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great and the house is spacious. The bathrooms in particular were grimmy. The bedding provided was not good quality. The house itself hadn't been cleaned well. The window shades upstairs were is disrepair. I was disappointed given the price we paid.
