Great home for large groups (we had 25 adults)! It was very spacious, well-maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The location is unbeatable—an easy walk to both Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. The private beach access was a fantastic bonus. Highly recommend!

What a great place

This house was amazing! I wish we had heated the pool and that the check out time was later but other than that, the place had everything for everybody.

Beautiful home and easy check in/out process!

Loved High Noon, great home. Sonos system was easy to connect, beach attendant always prepared and helpful and pool was lovely. Highly recommend!

Amazing House

The property was very clean and exactly as advertised. The layout of the house worked very well for our large family. The property managers were very attentive. It was nice having access to a private beach with daily chair/umbrella setup. We vacation every year at different beaches, and the whole family agreed that this was the best house yet.

Perfect friends getaway

What a beautiful property! So clean and spacious. We were a big group, but we fit so well in the house. They’ve made great use of the beds and each room has a bathroom. The location is great as well!! Walking distance to so many cafes, restaurants, and shops. I can’t say enough good things! The pool was also kept pretty warm so we were able to swim even when it was cooler outside. Overall I would recommend staying here

Fantastic for a Girls Weekend

There were 12 of us for a tennis weekend and we drew for bedrooms. Even the person that picked last was thrilled with their selection. The kitchen is fantastic with 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers plus a dining room table that seats 12. Loved the pool and all the balconies. Plenty of room to spread out or come together as a big group. Wish checkout could have been later than 9am, but otherwise a perfect stay!!!!

FANTASTIC VACATION PROPERTY

We very much enjoyed our stay at the High Noon property. The property location, being just a short walk from the private beach as well the amenities in the center of town, was a major plus. Communication with the property manager was excellent and all of our inquiries were handled promptly and professionally. It would have been a little more convenient for us to have beach towels included with the rental. Having chairs already set up on the beach waiting for our daily arrival was a great feature! The younger members of our group really enjoyed the game room and the arcade console there was a definite hit with them. The property is very spacious and the area around the pool was a central gathering spot for our clan. The house was very clean and well maintained. We highly recommend this place especially for a large group.

Great for Family/Friends week away!

The house is a great option for those looking to have a large group in 30A. The house is as described, with quality decor/finishings, comfortable beds, clean & modern bathrooms, plenty of towels, dishware, etc. The house also comes with bikes available for use, and beach chairs that were set-up daily on the beach (without needing to call!). There is an alarm prompted by opening the sliding doors to the pool, for safety. Guests have approx 5-10 seconds to exit after resetting the alarm, which took a bit for everyone to get used to! Property group is responsive, all questions were addressed and responded to within 24 hours. There was no early check-in or late check-out offered, but timeline consistent with what is disclosed in the listing. House is walkable to downtown Rosemary Beach area, walkable to the beach with private access and gated street.

Luxurious and spacious, perfect for 3-5 families

House was beautiful, tall ceilings, fine finishes. Location was great (walking distance to beach, shops, and gated community). Very well stocked with towels and dishes. Only nits are the dishes (glasses) looked dirty (maybe water stains) and ping pong table equipment wasn't in great condition. But both can easily be fixed or overlooked given how immaculate the property and location are.

Stunning Home

The house was truly spectacular and met everyone expectation and more. My only complaint was the limit of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing tablets, etc that was provided. For the size of the home and the cost that someone is paying it would be nice to have those things provided in much larger quantities. But truly, the house and our stay was amazing.

As stated in our rental agreement, item number 16 states the following: 30a Escapes provides the property with a complimentary set of amenities including 2 rolls of paper towels per kitchen sink, 2 dishwasher tablets per property, 2 kitchen trash bags, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and 1 small sample of each of the following per full bathroom: shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, body wash, bar hand soap and facial soap. You are responsible for the purchase of any additional items you may require during your stay. We hope you'll stay with us again in the near future!

nice accommodations but oven didn’t work or the 3rd floor air. The manger put portable air conditioning on that floor that helped. Location is great with a semi-private beach. All had a great time.
