Welcome to your Oceanside oasis, a stunning beachfront retreat that promises an unforgettable stay. Nestled in the heart of Oceanside, this 2,849 sq. ft. property features four spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests.

Step inside to discover a thoughtfully designed layout. The Bermuda bedroom boasts a luxurious queen bed, while the Seacoast bedroom offers a king bed for ultimate relaxation. The Cape bedroom features a full bed, and the Catamaran bedroom also has a full bed, providing a cozy haven for all. Each bedroom is paired with its own full bathroom for added convenience.

The living room is the perfect place to unwind, featuring a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. The dining room is ideal for enjoying meals together, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Enjoy the convenience of wireless internet, air conditioning, and heating throughout the property.

Outside, the deck and balcony offer panoramic ocean views, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The BBQ grill and fire pit are ideal for hosting gatherings under the stars. Beach towels and essentials are provided, making it easy to enjoy the nearby Oceanside Beach.

The common grass area is shared amongst the 4 units.

This vacation rental is a home away from home. Each room has character, and everything is professionally decorated. You will find everything you need right in the rental, from beach towels to linens, from spices to coffee grinders and garlic presses. We have stocked the kitchens keeping in mind you might be cooking a Thanksgiving feast. Just imagine all of the memories that will be made on your vacation on the beach! All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

My family and I got to do all our favorite water activities just steps from the property. We surfed, boogie boarded, bodysurfed, and frolicked every day we were there. And... it was in October! The home is so spacious and clean with plenty of kitchen space for cooking and preparing food. The gas grill right outside helped with making the perfect burgers! We walked to the pier, ate at a couple of fabulous nearby restaurants and mostly hung out at the amazing property enjoying the views and water! Reserving online was easy and I appreciated the correspondence with the team at Beachfront Only via texting. It made everything a breeze! I will definitely be recommending this place to friends and want to come back! Some of our best memories were made here!

The picture in the master bedroom is wrong, it shows a beautiful large master but they actually put a wall up and made it two rooms. Horrible and completely ruined the room for me. The bones of this house are very good, decor is great but they need to pay a little attention to detail. Fire pits didn't work, stove was on the fritz, master bed is slanted and broken. Also, the beach access is questionable. You need to be pretty athletic to scale it safely. Be cautious here. But overall, this is a gorgeous property, very comfortable and I would visit again.

Amazing

Words cannot describe how beautiful and accommodating this place was. So much space perfect for the kids the views were beautiful from almost every room. My family was comfortable and easy access. Thank you for such an amazing experience.

Great time

Had a girlfriends 5 day vacation. Had a fabulous time at the property!. It was as advertised. Very clean, welcoming and comfortable. We used the amazing Backyard space at some point every night and morning. I do wish there would have been a welcoming binder with how to operate some things at the property so I wouldn’t have had to text or call, but the property management did respond quickly. Carlsbad is only a 8 min drive for shopping/restaurants and beach. We did have to go there to use the beach as high tide is during the afternoon and you can’t use the beach is the only downfall. I would definitely recommend

Great Ocean View Limited Luxury

BEAUTIFUL view but lacking in amenities. one bath towel and washcloth per person for 5 nights. All lights and air conditioner on timers . In the middle of a shower or sitting in the living room had to get up to extend timers, never experienced that before at a luxury rental. Local management company did not answer us or credit back for 2 hours waiting for garage repair person to show up when garage wouldnt close . We asked for one additional hour for checkout and they never answered . would not stay here again , they only sent a message after the stay saying to book with them direct and not go thru VRBO.

Incredible location and views, lacking in general maintenance

On the positive, the water views and being right on the ocean was incredible. The back yard and living room are great places to hang out. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious. Our only criticisms are general maintenance issues -- sticky doors, missing tiles, microwave door that won't stay closed, etc. The mattresses are worn out and not very comfortable. There was evidently a cave-in of the patio near the water that has resulted in a temporary fence across the back yard. Hopefully that is something that will get fixed because that back yard is amazing!

Great location and on the ocean but in need of repairs.

Location worked well for our family- wedding nearby at St Malo was convenient. Loved viewing and hearing ocean. Rental set up well but definitely could use some repairs, ie, screen door slid off track or got stuck repeatedly, windows not clean, master bath baseboards need repairs/replacement, mattresses old and not very comfortable.

Upon arriving the smell in the garage was unbearable. The trash from previous tenants was not removed. And the real deal breaker was the large area of black mold in the walk in closet near the downstairs master bedroom. Our grand children are deathly allergic to black mold!.The backyard was riddled with cigarette and cigar buttons. All the beach toys, boogie boards,, surfboards etc.. were in the other garages on the property so we had to ask the neighbors to borrow them. There was a huge sink hole taped off with caution tape in backyard. It wouldn't have been so bad i guess if we were just there for the weekend but not the case. We were there for 6 days. So it wasn't cheap. Hate to give bad reviews but hopefully this can help the renters and the rental company.

Bench in dining was a mess. A guest sat on it and landed on the floor. Dishwasher flooded kitchen. They came to look at it on our first day. They said they would come fix tomorrow. We were there four more days and never heard from anyone. The AC is old and barely working. It was so difficult to get comfortable in the unit. The outside welcome matt looks like it’s been there for 30 years. The outside furniture was appalling. I would never sit on such old dirty furniture. Here’s the problem, it’s obvious the property is kept to the very basic standard. Unfortunately, you guys even fail with the basics. The hood over stove was so greasy I left my name in it. I could go on. You guys charged a lot of money. We got a property if cared for would be exceptional. It’s an obvious get them in get them out kind of rental. There is definitely no above and beyond. I would never rent from Beachfront Rentals ever again. There is no excuse about the dishwasher. There is no excuse not to spend $10.00 and replace Matt outside back door. I could go on but what’s the point. You’ll keep taking peoples money and thinking it’s ok if guests don’t have working or nice things. You’ve shown your true colors.

WARNING - Black mold, pictures don't match the property, and bad management

Terrible experience and would not recommend. This company (Beachfront Only) recently purchased a home we’ve vacationed at for 5+ years and their negligence for property upkeep and lack of customer service ruined our vacation. We had multiple issues. The most concerning was the extensive black mold in the closet due to a water leak. They refused to test the mold toxicity for our safety and would not relocate us to another property. This caused a lot of anxiety for our family since we have many small children and a few with asthma. Instead, they just did a quick fix; cut, patch, paint, and scrub some of the mold off the wall. Water damage and mold should be treated as a serious health concern, but they didn’t care. Online pictures and virtual walkthrough did not match the actual condition of the property. There was a massive sinkhole in the backyard which was never disclosed. We spoke to the neighbor and he said he'd noticed the sinkhole sinking lower and lower over the last few weeks which was very concerning. We've stayed at this property 4 times over the last 5 years and were used to having a beautiful outdoor space with green grass and beach access. Now the grass is completely dead and creates a huge mess. You also can't safely access the beach. It was apparent that they’d given up on the backyard upkeep until it’s planned remodel. The backyard was not properly cleaned before our check-in. There were cigarette butts, dog feces and trash scattered around. We asked them to clean it and they promised to do so promptly but never did. We were without a shower in our master bathroom for the entirety of our stay after the black mold and leak was discovered. They had staff in our home for hours trying to repair it (sawing, cutting, etc). Shutting off our water caused the fire alarms to go off resulting in the local fire dept showing up. Alarms were ringing for ~45 minutes which woke up napping children. The alarms wouldn’t turn off so we had a house full of firemen and staff trying to figure out how to turn off the fire alarms... We were without WiFi for the last 2 days which was frustrating since there is no cellular service in the house. For what we paid we expected there to be no issues, but if there were, some immediate resolutions but that was not the case. Instead of a relaxing vacation we had black mold, one less shower than expected, an unusable backyard, fire alarms ringing and the entire Oceanside fire dept in our house. BEWARE!

There were good and not so good aspects of this property. The home is well-located to the Strand and Pier and beautiful walks. The home has a lot of room -- three full bedrooms with access to en suite bath or bath right outside the room; one bedroom that looks like it used to be part of the master and would share the master bath; and bunk beds outside the upstairs bedroom that would share that en suite bath. The views are spectacular and the house is very well supplied -- soaps, dish soap, laundry soap, small appliances and the like. The home was clean, but there was evident and creepy mold in the master closet where base boards had been removed but the mold was not remediated. Some families might have left, but we tried to keep the closet closed. The mattresses in two of the three main bedrooms were TERRIBLE. You practically sunk to the floor they are so soft. The mattress in the upstairs en suite was reportedly fine. Also, the house, while clean and well situated and well appointed, is also not well maintained in the sense of for example loose cabinets, shutter pieces loose, the outside a/c units are completely rusted and look terrible, and hot water takes FOREVER to hit the sink or shower. Perhaps worst of all, the pictures don't show that they have installed a white picket fence along the back of the home between the lawn and the rocks down to the ocean with no exit (unless you go around the boundary). This is clearly because the waves have caused deterioration between the rocks and the lawn, which you can easily and clearly see because there are big holes filled with sandbags where lawn used to be. This looks pretty dangerous and blocks the direct beach access that this home is advertised as having. Plus, the rock stairs to the beach are treacherous, moss covered at the bottom and the surf (at least when we were there) was hardly ever low enough to actually see sand. That is not the fault of the owner or the house, but do not plan on accessing the beach directly in a safe manner -- especially if you have children around. I felt the advertising of the home was misleading in this respect (i.e., the fenced off, deteriorated area). The management, however, was very responsive and helpful at all times. I would probably try to rent a different home next time.

Best beachhouse getaway!

We were blown away by the size of the property, its location and the amenities. All we did was eat, chill, hang and tall. We also walked down the coast, when the tide was low, and the pier, which was a nice stroll from the property. The only minor setback was some of the fan did not work and the AC barely reached the upstairs bedroom. But overall, the property was great and my friends and I are looking forward to booking again in the future with our family.

Great place and location

Unit was exactly like the pictures and as described. Extremely well taken care of and property management was super professional. Location of unit is great - about .8 miles from pier but very private and away from traffic.

Horrible Management

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home itself was nice. Unfortunately, the floors were recently replaced and left unfinished. Every step had rough, jagged edges and there were no baseboards. There was also no power to the front of the home including one bedroom, entry way and bathroom. The property was unfinished and quite frankly unsafe...and it was rented to us knowing that was the situation. It took over 24 hours for someone to get to the property after countless calls each with a different person that was unfamiliar with the problem. Once the power issue was resolved, they offered us a reservation extension, but we never received confirmation of this. We left at the regularly scheduled time and called to inform them of our departure. The company did not know we left the premises despite my call to notify them and the manager, Diana, didn't call back as I requested. After speaking with Peter, he offered us a discount on a future stay for the inconvenience. Once again, we never heard back from the company for this. Peter was very nice, but once we spoke with him there was no follow through. I don't know if this was because he didn't communicate with the staff, or because they were as unorganized as I assume. This company is very disorganized and there is no communication amongst employees. Often the women that answer the phone are overseas and have little communication with those in the office. Horrible experience. Horrible management. Will not stay again. Will not recommend to others and in fact, will review negatively on other platforms because I have never had such a negative experience with a vacation rental. We rent vacation rentals upwards of four times a year and have never experienced so many problems from one unit.

Best money ever spent !

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I enjoyed my stayed since the minute we arrived I celebrated my 30th birthday with family , very relaxing with such amazing views of the ocean, the home is amazing love the decor in each room , will be coming back soon !
