Summary:
This beautiful apartment is located in the center of Paris, between the business district of Opéra and the nightlife of Pigalle. Whether for a business trip or a visit to our beautiful capital, we offer you the chance to live like a Parisian during your stay while enjoying the services of a 4-star residence.

The Space:
This fully air-conditioned/heated apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, each with a Queen size bed and a workspace, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms each with a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with Chromecast, and a fully equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso coffee machine.

Luxury toiletries, high-quality towels and bed linens, as well as numerous welcome products are available to make you feel at home.

We offer in-room breakfast upon request.

Additionally, we provide high-speed Wi-Fi, a printer, a scanner, and a meeting room.

Guest Access:
You can easily access your accommodation using public transportation: Saint Georges station on line 12 or Pigalle station on line 2.

Great

I really enjoyed staying at this property. We have been to Paris many times and usually stay more in the central areas but decided to try something slightly further and we loved it here. It was less crowded but still very close, about 15-20 minute drive to the main sights. It was nice that each of our kids had their own room and common area space and then my husband and I had our own space. Everything was clean and we loved the view from the balcony. The only thing I didn't prefer was the size of the bathroom, it was very tight so I wasn't able to do my hair inside there. There is one full length mirror in one closet but there needs to be one added that's easier to use in my opinion. I would stay here again.

Nice location Paris, Host unresponsive

We had planned this vacation in Paris with a 2 night stay with my family of 5. We were very excited to celebrate my son's birthday on the night of our arrival at the property. 2 weeks prior to arrival at the property we managed to contact the host after several failed attempts and got a link to register and sign the contract. The host then told us that he would be sending a code the day before our arrival to access the apartment. No code was however sent despite repeated attempt to reach the host and multiple calls to Vrbo. We arrived in Paris and still no code or contact despite having a confirmed reservation at hand. When we got to the property after 30 minutes of struggling with a bunch of different phone numbers and approximately 10-15 phone call attempts someone finally answered at 6:00 well after the check in time. One apartment was not clean but the other was. We had to wait for the apartment to be cleaned. After this ordeal, finally we could relax and take in some of the sights of Paris and ended up celebrating my sons birthday in a Restaurant. The apartments, once cleaned, were nice, a bit tight, but very well positioned in Paris. They had good amenities with access to a great private 6th floor balcony. If the host had been more responsive I would have considered giving this stay an overall rating of 5.

Great location but communication issues with mgmt

This is a new, clean property with modern amenities in a nice neighborhood. We were concerned at first driving in passing all the sex shops near Pigalle. But the area around the property is nice with excellent restaurants and close to a metro station. The only negative was the "check in" process. After booking I was repeatedly sent a questionnaire to fill out about when we would arrive and told once that was submitted I would get a check in code. Three times i submitted the completed check in form and I never got a response back other than it was received. I asked how we could store luggage and was given a code for that room only and told we would get a door and room code 24 hrs before check-in. When I got nothing, I emailed before we boarded our plane in the US and heard nothing. I emailed when we landed and got nothing. The only reason we were able to get into the property to put our luggage in storage was because some people came out of the building. My sister in law arrived later and couldn't get in and it took a few calls to the number on the website with nobody answering while she killed time in a restaurant with her luggage/. Finally someone answered and he sounded like he was out and about in traffic, very hard to talk to. Then and only then were we given an access code that worked. And there was no info in the property like WiFi codes, etc. I had to ask for all that. It would get great reviews if there had been better communication

Perfect Paris Apartment

We cannot speak more highly of these units. They were clean, well maintained and close to several restaurants and bakeries. It was so nice interacting with the concierge and Michael. All questions were addressed promptly.

Beautiful Apartment

Clean and spacious. Comfortable beds with beautiful views from the balconies. Communication was good with the Host. Beautiful neighborhood with food and groceries nearby. Minimal walking distance to metro station. Always felt safe in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Time in Paris

We loved staying at your VRBO. It accommodated our family of 9 very well in the two bedroom and one bedroom arrangement. The location was great, very near the Metro station St George and there were lots of restaurants to choose from. We would stay there again.

Excellent location for seeing the main attractions of Paris. Would be keen to return.

The whole process was professional and efficient from start to finish. The property management company were in touch before, during and after our stay to make sure we were happy with our accommodation and enjoyed our visit to Paris.

Great Location

We loved our stay. It was nice to have someone downstairs to ask questions and the rooms were very clean and nice. The location is great with two bakeries and several metro stops in walking distance. We had an amazing vacation.

Spring Break in Paris

The property was perfect for our family of 5. Clean with great bedding, nice baths and ample kitchen. Great location with a pastry shop up the street and close to everything. Management was very helpful, especially given the strikes that were going on at the time. Would definitely recommend to others.

Beautiful Apartment

Our family of 4 stayed in two adjoining units (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) for nearly a week. The space was great (on the top floor so some of the angles could be tricky), and the balconies & view overlooking Rue Henry Monnier were stunning. Property management was very communicative and helpful — even arranging a van for our trip to the airport on our final morning. Highly recommended all around.

The perfect pied-à-terre

We had two adjoining apartments, during the height of summer and the air con was a heavenly relief. We'd had conversations in advance where we were given many recommendations of things to do, places to eat and how to stay cool! The check-in was quick, smooth and the apartments had a real wow factor. We used all bedrooms and the sofa beds. These were really comfy. Everything we needed was in the apartment. The location was excellent. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants nearby and a supermarket just 5 mins walk away. We took advantage of the location and walked to most places. The Louvre was just 30 mins walk away. This was the perfect place for us to relax and refresh ourselves inbetween our exploring and evening entertainment. I thoroughly recommend it.

A gem of an apartment!

The apartment is so pretty and well suited for our family with two teens who needed their own rooms! The concierge in the lobby (especially Margot) was a real plus and very helpful with arranging rides and such. The apartment is fitted with everything you could need. It is close to two metro stations so easy access to everywhere! Wi fi was really good as well!

Will return!!

We had a fabulous stay at Quartier Saint-Georges. My family of 5 was very comfortable in a 3 bedroom 3 bath unit on the 6th floor. The property is only 7 months old so everything was new, clean, and worked! Our host Michael and Adrien at reception were very helpful and the check-in was simple. In addition to being a great property, the area around the property is really happening. Rue Des Martyrs is the next street over and has many amazing shops and restaurants. There are cheese shops, chocolate shops, fantastic boulangeries and patisseries, a meringue (pavlova) shop, fruit and vegetable vendors, and butchers. Also, a number of nice restaurants including a place that specializes in truffle dishes. It is also only a short walk to a Metro station and Montmartle is also a short walk away. It is a very good location. We look forward to returning to this great property.
