Welcome to A Shore Thing, a beautifully remodeled 2nd-floor condo in the most desirable Gulf-front building at Maravilla Beach Resort. With stunning Gulf views, stylish new furnishings, and upgrades throughout, this unit is perfect for family vacations or romantic getaways. Overlooking the pool and just steps from the private beach, this condo is everything you imagined for your Destin retreat.

Great stay

We loved this property. One of the better ones that we have stayed at. It was very clean and a great location. The owner was very responsive and helpful when needed. Will definitely book with them again!

Destin Vacation

What a great place to stay and enjoy the beautiful Destin area! The condo had a beautiful view of the ocean, was clean and well maintained. Close walking distance to beach and local restaurants. Friendly atmosphere. Great communication with the owners during our stay!

Thanksgiving Beach vacay!

We love Maravilla! This is best view we’ve ever had in a Maravilla condo! Everything was wonderful! A couple minor things such as the ceiling fan in the den needed a new battery in the remote, so wasn’t working and the ice maker didn’t work but other than that it was fabulous!

Wonderful Beach Condo Experience

Property was nice and exceptionally clean! View of the gulf from the sliding glass door/windows in the living room is so relaxing. Bunk beds were perfect for our little kids. Beach service guys are awesome and makes it so easy to enjoy your time since you don’t have to carry stuff to the water and do much setup once you’re there. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect vacation!

The unit was well stocked, found everything that I needed. Loved the view! My dog loved the balcony! The bed was comfortable & furniture was nice. We had a great stay, even got some nice weather!

Just as advertised!

The unit had everything we needed. Very clean and I loved the artwork. Will definitely want to stay here again. Bed was comfortable and loved the fact that we were able to bring our fur baby.

Excellent property

The condo was gorgeous with excellent updates! The kitchen and baths were very modern and we would definitely stay here again. I wasn’t aware that Renee is an artist and I loved her paintings that are displayed throughout the condo.

Very restful beautiful view just wonderful

Very easy our Don and daughter- n-law stayed in another rental with 2 grandaugther we all had a great time our unit was clean the bed oh so comfortable I have issue with my knee so didn’t have far to walk to see the beach but those steps are a tuff thing to climb other than that we loved our stay

Weeklong beach trip

Great unit! Great view! Close to elevators! Quiet and easy to sleep. No parking issues. Easy walk to the beach. The only issue I have is there are no trash chutes and the trash has to be taken to the back of the property and we stayed at the front. Would definitely stay here again but only in building 2 for the view and the close walk to the beach.

Beautiful views! Beautifully decorated condo that was very clean and neat. Always a plus when we can bring our dog Chloe who enjoyed the view too!! We had a very peaceful week with great weather and coffee on the balcony every morning! We are looking forward to a return visit in the near future!

Spring Break 2024

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay! The unit looks just like the pictures! Beautiful ocean view and a close walk to the beach/pool! The building is built well, so you do not hear your neighbors! We brought our dog and he had a great week as well meeting lots of human/canine friends! The beach chair and umbrella setup was great! Pro tip...... go down when they open right at 9:00 AM, so you get a good spot that is close to the beach access stairs.

This condo was very beautiful and cleanly! It was a perfect location, just steps from the beach! My only suggestion is to add a few more kitchen items, such as measuring cups, another cookie sheet, etc. Other than that it was awesome! Your properties are the best!

First trip to Destin

My hubs son and I just had an amazing week at Miramar beach staying at the Maravilla. I was a little concerned never renting thru the internet before but everything was awesome. Condo newly updated and decorated beautifully, the master SHOWER IS THE BOMB, and the view of the ocean from the condo. All while having our dogs with us. Thank you so much for everything. My husband even said he’d like to return next year! I’m so looking forward to it.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful week in this condo! The condo itself was very clean, fully stocked, located above the pool & close to the walkway to the beach. The king size bed had an amazing mattress! We slept better there than at home! The condo was newly remodeled and had beautiful decor. The master shower was large with a dual shower head. The balcony overlooks the pool and we had a great ocean view. We were at the beach during the day, but when we were in the condo, we never noticed noise from the pool. We have never stayed across the street from the beach before but it was a shorter walk to the beach than many of the other resorts we've stayed at. Our maltipoo had a wonderful time as well! We hope to stay here again!

Disappointed

The location was great but for the price I paid for the condo I was disappointed. People in the pool was drinking, smoking in the pool area, some had large umbrellas in the pool for shade I guess which was very dangerous to others. Too many floats in the pool. Would I stay here again, not for the price I paid.

45th anniversary trip

This was a beautiful property and very well maintained. Renee has some of her own artwork in the unit which is awesome. Loved it! The furniture was super comfortable and acquired with an eye toward beauty and still make it suitable for a beach condo while making it able to withstand many different types of guests. I would like to point out that the garage disposal did not appear to work. Maybe it just needs to be reset. And the TV in the main room was a real challenge to operate. But that may be just us. We would definitely rent from Renee again.
