Welcome to our mountain condo in the heart of the Aspen Core. This is one of the nicer condo buildings in Aspen with a secured, heated Lobby & elevator access to our floor. Underground garage parking for 1 car; 2 bedrooms/2 full baths & A/C. Location is excellent, 2-minute walk to Wagner Park, 6-minute walk to City Market, and 4-minutes to Gondola. Next door to Dancing Bear & 1/2 block to St. Regis.

One of the Best Condo’s in Aspen

This is the best location in town. It was a privilege to stay at Liz’s condo. We will be back next year.

great location, as described

this condo was in a great location. with young kids we liked being 1st floor so we had street access without using stairs or elevator at times. unit was as described, clean and well stocked. would rent this again.

Amazing Downtown Aspen Condo

We had a wonderful time at Liz's condo in Aspen. The location is amazing, right next to the lift one condo bus stop and a short walk from the gondola, shops and restaurants. Liz is a great host who was super helpful and accommodating to our group. The condo is spotless and well maintained. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Place in Aspen

The location of this property is amazing! It's right next to the mountain and just blocks from all the downtown shopping and dinning. Liz was wonderful to work with - very gracious and helpful. The property itself was clean and cozy and very well appointed - lots of very nice staples in the kitchen and bathroom. We would definitely stay here again!

My name is Liz....unless you have known me for over 30 years, then I go by Elizabeth. Funny how that works. My first visit to Aspen was in 1980 when I was 15 and a competitive figure skater. A group of us trained in the local rink one summer (sans parents) and it was my first taste of freedom. Fast forward 35 years and I still have the same feeling of freedom in this small yet sophisticated mountain town.

My husband and I bought this condo in 2015 and have really enjoyed making it our own. We also enjoy sharing it with our guests. Our place is set up for you to enjoy. The condo is stocked with all the essentials you need for a nice visit. The artwork are all original photos from our many visits, plus one relic from 1980. Come enjoy our little mountain paradise.
