This Condo was absolutely amazing. The rooms and beds were so comfortable. I did feel like I was at home. We were able to sit on the balcony of a morning and drink coffee and watch dolphins, manatees and turtles almost every morning. Parking was easy and grabbing food was a breeze as well. We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks Amber for making our vacation a time to remember.

Beautiful condo that has everything you need!

Truly such a great condo. It has everything you could need- from the kitchen utensils to all of your beach necessities (beach chairs and toys). The beds were super comfortable and everything in the condo was very clean. Great location for families and not over populated.

We had a great stay at this condo and would definitely come back. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. A relaxing stay, a beautiful condo, everything we needed!

Amber provides a wonderful place for a great vacation and is very responsive! Beautifully decorated and very clean! The condo has so many extras, has many things most places don’t provide. Mattress was very comfortable, we slept well. The walk-in closet and laundry room are a huge plus! We enjoyed sitting on the patio and walking on the beach often. Shopping, restaurants and entertainment nearby.

Amazing Condo!!

2108 is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Very modern and cozy. We had such an amazing time. Our trip included my husband’s grandfather who is 72 - this was his first time seeing the beach. This was a very special trip for us. Grandpa mentioned that he especially liked sitting on the balcony drinking his morning coffee. We were fortunate to have a photographer come to Celadon to do beachfront photos for us to have memories to cherish forever. Our family had such a great time. I really appreciated the large beach towels, washer and dryer and extra beach chairs provided. We used the beach chairs from the condo instead of the complimentary chairs and umbrella because our 2 littles wanted to be right at the water building sand castles. Thank you so much for everything Amber. You have a beautiful place. We look forward to staying at another one of your condos on our next trip!! - The Keller’s

Perfect stay!

Absolutely gorgeous condo that had more than everything that we needed for a really great stay - super quiet end of the beach. The elevators are fast, parking was super convenient. The condo was impeccably clean, beds are super comfy, and the condo was very quiet at night. Would definitely stay again.

Definitely would stay here again!!

Very homey feeling away from your own home- this condo has everything you would want or need while on vacation. The view is breathtaking. The staff on the property are all very friendly as well.

Girls’ Trip

We truly enjoyed our girls’ trip! The condo was beautifully decorated and super clean!The property was easy access to the beach. The host was super easy to contact and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! We have zero complaints! This was a 10/10 vacation stay!

I'm Amber, and I manage each of our five beachfront vacation rentals on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach.

My husband John and I live just outside Nashville, Tennessee, and have owned and managed rental properties for more than 20 years. In 2016, we purchased our first beachfront vacation rental and quickly fell in love with sharing our stretch of beach with guests from all over the country.

The quiet, family-friendly west end of Panama City Beach captured our hearts. That's why we've invested in five beachfront condos here, including this one.

We love the less crowded beaches, the relaxed atmosphere, and the fact that Celadon is the last high-rise on the west end of PCB, with only homes beyond it. It's the perfect place to unwind, reconnect, and make memories.

Unlike large management companies, we own our condos, & I handle all guest communications & reservations myself. When you book with us, you're dealing directly with an owner - not a call center or reservation desk. From your first inquiry until check-out, I'm here to answer questions and help ensure your stay is as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.

We visit our properties regularly & are constantly making improvements, updates, & adding the little extras that we appreciate when traveling ourselves. Our goal is simple: to create a clean, comfortable, well-equipped home away from home.

Guest satisfaction is incredibly important to us. Across our five owner-managed condos, we've earned more than 875 five-star reviews. In fact, three of our five properties are currently ranked in VRBO's Top 1% in the PCB area based on guest reviews, while our remaining properties rank in the Top 10%.

Many of our guests return year after year, and there is no greater compliment than welcoming familiar families back to the beach. Some have been staying with us for nearly a decade.

Please note that despite Vrbo potentially displaying our condos in the Miramar Beach area, all our properties are situated on the western end of PCB. Celadon Beach, specifically, is positioned on the quiet and family-friendly west end of PCB. As you head west on Front Beach Rd, Celadon stands as the very last high rise. Adjacent to Celadon, you'll find beach homes, providing ample space to relax away from the crowds.

Celadon offers two pools—one gulf front and one indoor/outdoor heated pool. Additionally, the complex boasts two hot tubs, a tennis court, shuffleboard, and a fitness facility.

Unit 2108 holds a special place for us, being our third condo purchase at Celadon Beach. It is also our most upscale unit of the four that we own at Celadon. In November 2024, unit 2108 underwent a studs out complete renovation. EVERYTHING is brand new and upscale. We promise you will not be disappointed in this unit! The sofa is supremely comfortable as are all of the brand-new beds & mattresses. We've added a cozy built in fireplace, Samsung soundbar & leather dining chairs & side chairs. We've also enhanced the balcony furniture to ensure your enjoyment of the breathtaking scenery in utmost comfort. We cherish our time spent at this condo and are confident that you and your family will too!

Forget the hassle of bringing your own beach gear—we offer additional quality beach chairs and beach towels, exceeding the standard chair service. You'll even find stainless steel insulated mugs for those hot beach days.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, from spices to a blender, dual coffee maker, hand mixer, electric skillet (in select units), crockpot, quality knife sets, and an extensive array of pots and pans. We've stocked storage containers for your leftovers, making meal preparation a breeze.

We go the extra mile by providing "starter" dish, laundry, and hand soap, trash bags, paper products, and more. Our goal is to make your vacation stress-free and our condo a place you and your family will want to return to year after year.
