Ocean Front 3BR/2BA Luxury Condo with Stunning Views

This 3BR/2BA condo is ideally located in the Crescent Beach part of North Myrtle Beach. It's close to everything that the area has to offer which includes shopping (2 miles from Barefoot Landing), dining, golfing, and of course relaxing on the beach. This is a fully furnished unit that's been updated throughout with a private deck, private pool for all Shoreham Towers II residents, outside pergola area with charcoal grill, all with a magnificent beach view. Each bedroom has its own Samsung Smart TV, Queen-size beds in the guest bedrooms, King-size (Casper) bed in the main bedroom that overlooks the deck to the beach. This has been the perfect vacation spot for our family since the building was constructed in 1983. We'd also love it to be the perfect spot for you and your family for many years to come.

We absolutely loved this beautiful condo on the beach. It was exactly as advertised, and the location couldn't be better. Everything we needed was there.....just very well laid out and stocked with things we might have forgotten. The price was less than a half decent hotel room, and we got sooooo much more for our money. Waking up in the master suite and looking at the ocean....priceless !!!!! Thank you for a really, really nice little vacation !

North Myrtle Vacation

This was a great place to stay in North Myrtle. The condo was very clean, had a great view, and everything was easy. The location was also wonderful as it was very quick to get to everything we wanted, multiple miniature golf courses, restaurants, ice cream, and Barefoot Landing. We greatly enjoyed this place and planning on staying here again.

Beautiful Property as Pictured!

The condo is beautiful and very well stocked for guests. My daughters and I enjoyed the stay very much. The view is BEAUTIFUL. The location on the beach is awesome, you are only a few steps away from the beach!

Perfect Location!

This is the perfect location with a few steps to the beach. We were also able to enjoy the beautiful unobstructed ocean views from the balcony. The condo was very well stocked with everything one could ask for. Very lovely place for our stay!

Wonderful Stay

We had a fantastic time, from the moment we walked into the condo until we left. The condo was so beautiful, clean, and updated, the pictures were so accurate and the owners thought of everything you could possibly need, It was like a home away from home. Overall, the unit delivered on its promises. The setting down over the water was lovely. We did not use the pool but we looked down upon it and it looked just fine. The remodeling that was underway in the first floor was a little disruptive but work must be done. Parking was easy there was both covered and uncovered parking available at all times. We appreciated the remodeling of the kitchen as well as the Master shower. The only oddity was the non-opening glass in the master bedroom that looked out on the ocean. It would have been nice to know that in advance. We also greatly appreciated that the condo was stopped with towels toilet paper soap shampoo and the life and we did not have to secure any of these items as we consumed them.

Great Getaway

We stayed here for a baseball series at Coastal Carolina University. Good location. Felt very safe the whole time. Excellent access to the beach with perfect views. Beds we’re comfortable and everything was as advertised. Hosts were very responsive with questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving Week Stay

This is a very nice condo that is very well equipped. It's newly renovated and also very comfortable. Kudos for high end sheets and towels, and a stocked pantry. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner here and found everything we needed. The oceanfront views are great. And I always love walking on the wide beach here at low tide.

Jen and I purchased this unit in the fall of 2020 which has been in our family since the building was constructed in 1983. Ive spent my entire life vacationing here which we have continued doing with our children and extended family. This is our home away from home and hope that our guests enjoy it as much as we have over the decades.

この宿泊施設の特徴

This unit is ideally located so that its easy to get to the countless restaurants, shopping, fishing, golf, or just about anything you can think of in the N. Myrtle Beach area without having to deal with high traffic and immense crowds that S. Myrtle Beach attracts during peak season. This a safe area to be in and a well taken care of facility that's family friendly.

We absolutely love being able to grill out for lunch/dinner all while still being directly on the beach at the facilities picnic area. Its so incredibly easy and convenient to get on and off the beach and the balcony is perfect for relaxing while enjoying the oceanfront view and the sounds of the ocean.
