The Centrale de l'Ile de Ré offers this single-storey villa with a heated swimming pool, which benefits from a superb location with 3 bedrooms and accommodation for up to 6 people.
In the immediate vicinity of the Target beach and cycle paths, the house is 400 metres from the shops in Saint-Martin-de-Ré.
The villa is south-facing and comfortable with a bright living room/lounge.
Possibility of parking 2 vehicles directly on the house's grounds with a private and secure parking area.
Additional municipal car parks in the immediate vicinity of the house.
GROUND FLOOR:
Bright living space with living area and fully equipped kitchen.
Bedroom 1 consists of 2 single beds 80x200 (which can be pushed together to form a double bed 160x200).
Bedroom 2 consists of a double bed 140x200.
Bedroom 3 consists of a double bed 140x200.
1 bathroom completely renovated with shower and double sink.
A separate toilet.
NEARBY:
The villa is located a few minutes by bicycle from the port and village centre of Saint-Martin
La Cible Beach (activities and services offered): sailing and kitesurfing school (from 1st April to the All Saints' holidays), children's club "The Pirates of the Target", restaurant "The Target".
The Aquaré aquatic centre is accessible 5 minutes from the villa):
25m swimming pool and covered leisure pool. The youngest can have fun in the large paddling pool, while the older ones will slide down the slide. For adults, a relaxation area awaits them in the wellness space consisting of a sauna, hammam and spa.

The house is non-smoking.
Solar shower.
The swimming pool is heated from 1 April to 15 October.
The heat pumps of our swimming pools are programmed for heating to 28°. The effective water temperature of our swimming pools is also impacted by the climate: a hot climate increases the water temperature of the swimming pools and a cold climate decreases the water temperature of the swimming pools.
WiFi Internet access.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
