This comfortable, intimate and informal home is located on a dead-end street in a quiet, historic neighborhood. Your home away from home is conveniently located, 6 miles from Gardner-Webb University, 3 miles from Duke Energy,10 minutes from Facebook Data Center, 10 minutes from Rutherford County Rail-to-Trail, 20 minutes from Tryon Equestrian Center, and half an hour from Spartanburg, one hour from Asheville, Charlotte and Greenville, SC. This home is suitable for families who need affordable, flexible, convenient and safe lodgings. Cleaning guidelines issued by CDC are followed and EPA registered antibacterial agents are used throughout home and on all services, including doorways, furniture, windows, and blinds.

Lovely home to stay in, quiet neighborhood. Great diner next door it's call Tony's diner you have to go there if you stay at this home. There were a few quirks but no biggie we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Nice home with plenty of space for everyone. We loved it the kids loved having there own space upstairs teen girls privacy is a must. We cooked breakfast and had plenty of cookware.

Home was cozy and cleanNeighborhood was cute -great diner next door and dollar general walking distance. Host was easy to communicate with. Everyone slept well and had enough private space while there was enough large space to be together too.

Great Stay for my Gardner Webb Graduation!

Nice play to stay to celebrate my graduation from Gardner Webb. We unexpectedly had a bad storm and it was nice to have a safe place to stay and not drive home in the bad weather!

Family Friendly for GWU Graduation

A great relaxing property. Location was perfect for us to get to Gardner Webb University for graduation and to spend free time relaxing. We enjoyed great family conversations on the screened in porch. I highly recommend this property for others to rent.

Relaxing weekend

North Carolina Visit

This home in a quiet neighborhood is very well maintained & is quite comfortable. It had all of the features we needed to make our stay in the area extremely pleasant. Johnny was very quick to respond to a technical issue with the TV, one that occurred as a result of a recent strong storm.

Visit family in the area

Location of the house was perfect. Convenient to all places we spent with family. Inside was clean overall. The outside of the property was a little overgrown and untidy. We also encountered one bed without a top sheet and one bed without a fitted sheet. Not a big deal, just surprising. Also, the upstairs bathroom tub is under a sloped ceiling, so in reality, there was only the master shower that could be used for adults. Again, not that big of a problem, just inconvenient when trying to get ready in the morning.

Cozy and Welcoming

This was a great place to stay. The owners go far and beyond expectation. We immediately felt at home when we walked in. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. We will definitely be looking this property back up when in the area again. We even left a few odds and ends at the property and the owner offered to mail them free of charge. It was a great experience!

Disappointing

I have stayed at this property before, but this time, I was very disappointed. The kitchen sink wasn't working, the grass and shrubs were completely overgrown, and there was even a dirty pan in the oven. I contacted the host. He said the faucet couldn't be fixed until next week, and he never mentioned the yard. He ignored both my messages and VRBOs. Do not recommend.
