Spacious and clean 3 bedroom home within walking distance from local bars, restaurants, music venues, coffee, grocery stores, bus stop, and rapid transit running directly to the airport as well as downtown sports and all the sights!

High quality Queen beds.

Big front porch with 2 porch swings.

5 minutes West of Downtown.

3 minutes West of Edgewater Beach.

Kitchen with a microwave, and all necessary cooking utensils.

Fenced yard for pets.

Lots of street parking.

Mandatory $250.00 refundable deposit required for guests with no reviews. Full $250.00 refunded day of check-out if guests left no damage/did not smoke in the house of any kind/booked for the accurate number of guests. $20 per additional guest over the first two guests. Children under 2 stay free of charge.

Great Stay in Beautiful Cleveland

We loved the convenient location. We were an easy drive to downtown and other areas. It was very walkable to the lakeside, grocery stores, restaurants and bars.

Convenient location

This was a convenient place to stay for our overnight trip, since it was close to the waterfront and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. We were comfortable and found the side street to be quiet at night giving way to lots of chirping birds in the morning. We both agreed it reminded us of our own grandmothers’ home. Very eclectic, good directions and reminders of how to use the space when we were done.

Cute Historic Get Away

Perfect for a small reunion with several high school friends. House was clean and great for our needs. Had fantastic old Cleveland charm. After a small snafu with entry to the apartment (cold Cleveland days make for sticky locks, no fault of owner) we were all set. Owner even offered late check out for our troubles. House was cozy and toasty on a cold winter night!

Good the sour

The place was adequate, however, on bed was missing baseboards and my husband and I had a terrible time sleeping the first night. The 2nd bedroom we tried had no ceiling fan and it was lumpy and so we moved onto the third bed that was better than the others. We were then told we were being charged to clean the beds we used. All of them. This puzzled us as you’re supposed to clean them anyway even if it looked like nobody used them. Would I stay in this place again? Probably not since the host was not happy with our feedback. Overall, however, our stay in town was enjoyable.

Was a nice place to stay

What a great place

I would stay again.

The property is in a nice neighborhood. The inside had lots of space, the beds and couches were comfortable. Nicks Pizza, Lucky's market and Starbucks are two blocks away.
