The property manager kept in touch and was very helpful and accommodating. We were arriving late and she left lights on for us. Everything was nice and clean, would definitely stay again and likely will. I visit Cleveland Clinic at least yearly.

We had a great stay. Property is as described. Clean and comfortable. Check in and out is easy. We were able to park on the street with no problem every time we arrived at the property. Cute little Bakehouse at the end of the street. Would be happy to stay here again. Thanks!

I really like the location and the unit. The host texted me and told me my children were too loud. This may not be the most family friendly place to stay. There are other tenants in the building so it is understable that someone would text and say that the kids were too loud. I just did not know that at booking.

I cannot say enough about this host and neighborhood! I stayed here for two weeks while my husband was in the Cleveland Clinic. I was a bit under stress and I have never felt so comforted and held by a community more than this one…equaling my own at home. Kaye, the property manager, was caring, giving and empathetic. The surrounding neighbors were genuinely kind and embracing. My husband and I have mentioned to each other many times how this community held me in a time of crises. I will be forever grateful!!

Cute two bedroom near restaurants

I stayed three nights with my husband and adult son while visiting another son near CWRU. We had two bedrooms, kitchen and bath, and a small living room and eating area. The house is part of a duplex on a quiet residential street, some of which is run-down, but this house seemed well-maintained. This unit is first floor and the other unit is upstairs. There is sufficient on-street parking and a shared driveway. It is within easy walking distance of some nice restaurants, coffee, and sandwich shops. The host and property manager let us know when they were going to be working outside and were responsive if we had questions. They ask that you strip the sheets off the bed and put the trash out, as well as washing your dishes and adjusting the HVAC before checking out.

The stay that never was...

This location did not work for us, as recent work (the same day) had been completed by one or more people who smoked and left that distinct odor inside the property. As an asthma suffer, there was absolutely no way I was going to be able to stay in this home especially with impending surgery at Cleveland Clinic. This was supposed to be a recovery location and it immediately became apparent that this just couldn't be. The management understood my situation and we both recognized it as being a "fluke"....not something that occurs regularly, and so they provided a full refund. I have a lot of respect for someone who recognizes when everything has fallen apart (no blame), a refund is due and then honors that refund. Thanks guys!

Larchmere charm

The apartment was perfect! Everything we needed was available, it was clean, it had so many amenities! The host was on top of every question or comment or concern! The location suited our needs by being close to the Cleveland clinic and within walking distance of stores and restaurants! The neighborhood is charming and we felt safe. Would recommend again and again!

Perfect place to stay !

This is my 2nd time staying at the property . I was able to explore and found many great restaurants and an awesome coffee shop that you can walk to . We went to Whole Foods and it’s only 10 minutes away . A nice park and bike and walking trails are also in the neighborhood. Great place to stay .

Communication was great

We stayed in the downstairs level, It was nice and very clean. There was an issue with the upstairs renters and the owner was in communication with us the entire time working to resolve the issue. They took care of the matter and made sure we were well taken care of in the end.

Guests enjoy a variety of restaurants, cafés, unique shops & galleries, music, movie theater, pharmacy, weekend farmers market and supermarket. This wonderful neighborhood is a great place to just relax or to enjoy the uniqueness Cleveland has to offer. Great location and quick access to anything in the metro area.

2 miles to hospitals, universities and about as much cultural goodness as you can muster!

5 miles to Downtown, Sports venues, Westside, Ohio City and surrounding attractions. Perfect location to stay and experience all that Cleveland has to offer.
