This location was perfect for our Cleveland clinic visit. It was exactly as described and a perfect place to stay. Ken the host was EXCEPTIONAL with information, communication and very quick to respond!We will be back:)

We stay here because it’s close to hospital and because the host is so kind . It’s the perfect set up . There’s many nice places to eat even some vegetarian places close by . Definitely stay here . It’s spotless and a very comfortable place to stay .

This was a return stay for us at this property. It is so conveniently located for Cleveland Clinic. The rooms are always clean and awaiting guests. Ken, the owner responds quickly with any questions or concerns.

This was the perfect spot for a Cleveland Clinic visit and literally just down the street from a variety of nice restaurant options. I had a super early appointment time so left the house by 6:45am and the host was nice enough to allow me to skip the checkout requirements (like stripping linens and such) since I was leaving so early. Communication was awesome - ultra quick - and I was provided some suggestions for dinner as well. There was a nuisance neighbor next door and a bit of yelling and arguing out in the street as well as some late night music thumping from the driveway for a few…but this obviously wasn’t the hosts fault. I only mention because you may not get 100% peace and quiet. Other than that, seamless, super comfy bed, clean, and amazing hosts.

The property manager kept in touch and was very helpful and accommodating. We were arriving late and she left lights on for us. Everything was nice and clean, would definitely stay again and likely will. I visit Cleveland Clinic at least yearly.

We had made a prior request that housekeeping avoid scented cleaning products as much as possible (due to allergies and sensitivities of people in our group). We were very pleased with their efforts, and our stay was allergy-free! Also, the host, Ken Love, was very responsive when I had questions/comments during and after our stay.

A great size two bedroom apartment that’s nicely furnished. Slept in the back bedroom and the bed was so comfy!! The property manager Kaye is wonderful and really helped me with restaurant recommendations, an extra blanket, parking help, etc. Had one issue with the apartment which was discussed with the owner and manager. There’s a bakery right at the entrance to the street a few buildings away and lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance. It’s an older home apartment on the first floor so you will be able to hear people upstairs. I had earplugs so that was fine. Full kitchen with utensils and plates if you prefer to cook. Great communication and enjoyed my stay.

Guests enjoy a variety of restaurants, cafés, unique shops & galleries, music, movie theater, pharmacy, weekend farmers market and supermarket. This wonderful neighborhood is a great place to just relax or to enjoy the uniqueness Cleveland has to offer. Great location and quick access to anything in the metro area.

2 miles to hospitals, universities and about as much cultural goodness as you can muster!

5 miles to Downtown, Sports venues, Westside, Ohio City and surrounding attractions. Perfect location to stay and experience all that Cleveland has to offer.
