Newly remodeled apartment in the heart of Downtown Waynesville. Enter into the open floor plan space with kitchen & living area. Full kitchen features open shelving & rustic wood cabinets, granite countertops and bar and new stainless steel appliances. Living room features exposed brick, wood accents & new 55" Smart HDTV.

Perfect Location in the heart of town Waynesville

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. It was very convenient and clean. We loved the location! It truly was perfect. It was in the heart of downtown, so we were able to walk to shops and restaurants. We could hear the noise from the restuarant but it wasn't bad and it did not go on too late. We would stay here again. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. We highly recommend this place.

Visiting for a wedding

Had a fantastic time in Waynesville. This condo is perfect for 2 people, clean and right in the middle of Main St. We happen to be staying here during the Apple Fest right on Main St. which was a bonus. If you stay here, you have to eat at the brewery below the condo. Great food. Thank you for the hospitality!

Great location

We loved our stay. The location was perfect. The rental was super clear and had everything we needed. The only negative was the noise from the bar below. It wasn’t super loud, but it was there until about midnight.

This is our second time staying in one of these apartments. We love being in town and so close to everything. The apartments are very clean and decorated beautifully. Super comfortable. We will be back!

Weekend escape to Waynesville

My husband and I traveled to Waynesville to visit the grandchildren. The property was perfect for us. It is above a restaurant and you could hear muted sounds from the music they played, but the sound stopped at a reasonable hour, and it wasn't overwhelming. There are lots of restaurants and bars near, and the location was great. The renovations to the property are very well done. We highly recommend this property.

We spent 4 nights in this VRBO. The apartment was clean, comfortable, very well decorated, and provided all the conveniences of home. The apartment is in a great location in downtown Waynesville above Boojum Brewery (great location also). The apartment was quiet - never heard street noise of any noise from Boojum brewery. The location was convenient to walk to all the restaurants, shops, and breweries in Waynesville. Will definitely consider staying there again!!!

Nice downtown condo

The condo is neat, clean and conveniently located, furnishings and appliances are all new and functional. We were concerned about the noise from the restaurant/bar below and while we could hear it and knew it was there, it was not loud enough to cause a problem. We would stay here again when we only need a 1 bedroom condo.

Beautiful apartment, Perfect location

The apartment was very nice, and clean. We had everything we needed, and we were very comfortable. The location was perfect, and we enjoyed being able to walk to all the restaurants and shops. The noise from the bar below was hardly noticeable and seemed to end about 11pm so it wasn't an issue for us. We would gladly stay here again the next time we visit Waynesville.

Little Dream Downtown

Modern, clean, convenient! Very nice and so very convenient to all we wanted and needed. We walked to shop, eat, drink and no need to park anywhere and get in and out! We would stay again in the exact location.
