Newly remodeled apartment in the heart of Downtown Waynesville. Enter into the open floor plan space with kitchen & living area. Full kitchen features open shelving & rustic wood cabinets, granite countertops and bar and new stainless steel appliances. Living room features exposed brick, wood accents, queen sofa bed & new 55" Smart HDTV.
Clean, modern bathroom with white subway tile shower. Cozy bedroom with Queen sleigh bed, dresser & closet.
*Apartment is located on the second floor & must be accessed via stairs from Main Street.

Great location and although no reserved parking, seems to be ample open overnight parking lot behind the building. Very clean and responsive clear answers from the host when needed.

I’ve been visiting Waynesville regularly for 10 years and was so excited to see the location of this VRBO! In the heart of downtown, what a luxury for a couple traveling. The apartment was perfect in every way. Clean and very well put together. Everything you need and more without feeling cluttered and over-decorated. We found it easy to access the building and apartment. Parking on the street for loading and unloading (signs say up to 3 hour parking so no rush to go move the vehicle). Parking behind the building is easy and if parked near the bookstore, you can see your vehicle from the apt and walk through the well-lit alley back to street level.

This was a comfortable place in a perfect location! We walked the downtown area, enjoyed the restaurants and drove to the other places we desired. Will definitely recommend this place!
