Surgical rest space

It was perfect... just what I needed aside from my surgery chaperone shenanigans!

Tranquil country stay

The property was as described, the host was friendly and responsive. The only 'con' is that you have to take dirt roads a short while which could be a challenge if it is raining or snowy. This was not an issue for us because the weather was perfect while we were there. We would stay again.

It was great having you Stephnie, you are a great guest! The road to the property is fully asphalt paved except the last .4 mile (roughly 2,000 feet) which is a stabilized gravel and dirt road. No one has had any problems or issues with this very short road.

Ideal getaway

The house was VERY clean and communication with the host, George, was excellent. The bottles of water and chocolate upon entering were well appreciated. Highly recommend this stay!

Super quiet location

Exactly what we were looking for. Very quiet location, good base for many hiking trails. House was comfortable, clean and most importantly warm (snowed). George even delivered a tea Kettle for us the day we checked in.

Over rated/over priced

Home was not very clean. There was stains on rug in bedroom and stains on comforter in master bedroom. The refrigerator was not cleaned very well. Also some cabinets had garbage in them which tells me they were not wiped down. Master bedroom closet was locked so unable to use. Had to use closet in other bedroom. Rug in family room must not have been vacuumed for a while. Dirt/hair filled my vaccum canister full. My opinion owner needs to fire cleaning people. Home is not worth nightly rate.

We take cleanliness VERY seriously, so we sincerely apologize. We wish you mentioned something to us, we could have told the cleaner to come out again to make it right for you (or do whatever it took to make you happy). We make sure our place is as clean as possible. In fact, we want to make our place the cleanest place you have ever stayed at. We have had many guests and NEVER had any cleanliness complaints. AGAIN TO ALL OF OUR GUESTS, WE PROMISE TO MAKE THE HOUSE THE CLEANINEST PLACE YOU HAVE EVER SEEN. We will address this issue with our cleaners and make sure it does NOT happen again.

Relaxing getaway

Was nice to be away from the city. Everything in the house was clean and worked well. Kitchen stocked better than most. Beautiful views.
