This home has 2,000 sq. feet of living space filled wall to wall with astonishing views and the seclusion of backing up to Public (BLM) Lands, creating peace & enjoyment for your friends and family. Offering several hiking, biking, ATV, and horse trails within walking distance. The family-friendly quiet neighborhood is perfect for taking a walk or just enjoying the breathtaking views and peaceful desert evenings. This home comes completely stocked with everything to make your stay comfortable and furry family members will love the fenced yard & large grass area. Awesome home with fantastic views!

We rented this home because we were looking for a nice location with views to enjoy after we hiked all day. This place was really great. We spent our evenings on the back patio watching the sun go down behind the beautiful red landscape. The kitchen was well equipped with all the cooking supplies we needed to make our meals. We were nicely surprised to find spices, oils, coffee and foil. They provided paper towels, trash bags and dish soap which is so nice to not have to purchase these things for a 5 night stay. We used this location as home base for Zion, White Pocket (tour via Kanab Tour Company), Buckskin Gulch, Toadstools. We spent a day enjoying the town of Kanab eating at the Rocking V (best hamburger with homemade cheese sauce) and visited the Best Friends Animal Santuary. Loved our stay and feeling like it was a home away from home. Thanks to the home owners for all the special touches.

Needs a deep clean

Dust on lights, dirty mirrors, Soaking tub was dirty. Couch needed to be vacuumed.

Great place to stay for our needs

We work at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon quite a bit so we need a good base of operations. This home suited our needs very well.

Relaxing and beautiful

We loved our stay in Kanab. This home was very cozy and welcoming. The layout was perfect. Tall folk be aware: the beds are full size, not queen size. Everything else was fantastic. Gorgeous and serene. Highly recommend!

Visit Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park, Pipe Springs Escalante Grand Staircase National Monument, Lake Powell & Brian Head Ski resort all within 90 minuets of CopperTop. During the warmer months you will have access to some of the best hiking, fishing, and mountain biking that Utah has to offer. During the winter you will get picturesque views of the sparkling white snow against the red rock.
