Situated on 6 private acres in the scenic Kanab Creek Ranchos, this beautifully appointed home backs directly to public BLM land, giving you unmatched privacy and direct access to miles of open terrain right out your back door.

Start your mornings on the wrap-around porch, soaking in panoramic views of the iconic red rock ledges and expansive desert landscape. Inside, the home offers 2,000 square feet of bright, thoughtfully designed living space, with natural light pouring in and views that never get old.

Convenient, Calm, and Clean!

Very clean and lovely home directly across from magestic red moutains. Fit exactly to what our family needed for some rest and quality time around cook meals and hikes at the nearby National Parks. Beautiful house, great location, wonderful hosts!

Hosts went above and beyond making my partners birthday weekend special. House was clean and inviting making it easy to quickly settle in and enjoy our trip. Located on the outskirts of town made the perfect setting for quiet evenings and some of the best star gazing you could imagine. Also close to two trail heads for easy adventures.

Coppertop is fantastic

The location of this property is ideal for anyone looking to visit Zion, Bryce, and hiking in the area. Right out the back door are 2 nice hikes (Bunting and Cottonwood). The house was roomy with ample seating space inside and out. The views are beautiful. The town of Kanab offers a variety of restaurants.

Amazing

Fantastic play to stay when visiting Kanab. So nice to have hiking trails right next door after long plane ride. Close to town and other trails and not far from Zion. Morning coffee watching sunrise on front porch and drinks on back porch watching the sunset, doesn't get any better than this.

Peaceful & Beautiful

We were beyond happy with our stay. The views from every window were breath taking and we felt right at home. The home was immaculate and our host was available to answer any questions we had. National Park Getaway

We chose this house because it was centrally located for the area national parks. The house was exactly what we wanted, clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed, beautiful scenery and peaceful and quiet. We loved sitting on the porch in the morning and evenings. Had a great time :). Highly recommend.

Our story began under the Southern Utah sun, where nearly two decades of living, working, and exploring this landscape gave us a deep appreciation for the beauty and pace of life here. What started as a simple idea grew into CopperTop Properties—a place where we could share this corner of the desert with others.

We built CopperTop with the goal of creating more than just a place to stay. It’s meant to be a space where you can slow down, spread out, and experience the red rock country the way we’ve come to love it—quiet mornings, wide open views, and nights full of stars.
