Ground floor, 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in The Hideaway Country Club Golf Community. Award winning golf course, one of Florida's top ranked courses. Fully furnished condo with amazing views of the 12th hole and fountain. Relax and enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai. Just a few steps to the community pool and very close to the clubhouse. Golf is available, on a pay as you play basis and monthly rate. Smaller community, means renters can actually get a tee time! Practice area for chipping and putting and mats to warm up with before your round. Tennis and Exercise Facility are available for nominal fee. Restaurant and Sports Bar on site, with community activities, entertainment, music, happy hour. Covered Parking.

Short drive to Bell Tower shops, downtown Fort Myers and the beautiful beaches of Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers Beach.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Enjoy the beautiful weather in Fort Myers! This condo is close to everything, restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The Hideaway Country Club golf course is spectacular and renters can actually get a tee time as compared to several of the other golf communities that are nearly impossible to get on the course as a renter during January-March. Less than 5 minutes to Bell Tower Shops and 15 minutes to historic downtown Fort Myers. Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island are a short 25 minute drive.

This condo has been updated recently with tile in the main living areas and bathrooms. The King Bedroom is wood laminate and the other two bedrooms are carpeted. Beautifully decorated, you'll feel relaxed and refreshed when staying here. Ground floor unit, just steps from the heated pool. Beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, and cart are provided for your trips to the beach.
