Excellent location, fantastic apartment just like the photos. We had a fabulous time exploring the Provence region and Beatrice was so kind in providing lots of local information. I would definitely stay here next visit!

Amazing flat in the heart of Aix

We loved this loft-style apartment that was perfectly located to easily walk to anything in Aix. The apartment was clean and had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. We can't wait to return and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Aix.

Lovely historical hotel in Bologna

Wonderful flat in Aix City Center

This was a wonderful and spacious place to stay in the historic city center. Beatrice is an excellent host and had many suggestions for places to eat and things to do. The listing is accurate and we highly recommend staying here.

Great stay

Beatrice was a wonderful host. She met us when we arrived and came to say goodbye. Her home was very clean with all of the amenities you would want. It is a terrific location and a wonderful area to visit and within a comfortable walking distance to all of Aix.

Adventure in Aix

The flat is located in old Aix with a stunning surrounding area. It was a perfect home base to explore Provence. Beatrice was accommodating, helping us get into the unit even after experiencing travel delays. One thing to note - no AC in the unit, so it can get a little hot at night.

Wonderful location

We could reach all points of interest within a few minutes. On foot! The appartment itself is very interesting with it's open structure. Our children enjoyed the location as much as we did! The contact to our host was flawless. We are very happy!

Lovely apartment

Beautifully furnished, well-equipped, and ideally situated. This is one of those properties that lives up to its listing (if anything, the photos don't quite capture how impressive it is). Béatrice was super helpful, with excellent recommendations for places to eat etc. Don't be put off by the lack of air conditioning: the weather was hot while we were there, but the supplied fans were more than adequate to stay comfortable and sleep well.

Beautiful loft apartment in Aix

Wonderful loft apartment in the centre of Aix but very quiet. We loved the full height windows and mezzanine sleeping area, very comfortable bed. Kitchen and both bathrooms spacious, modern and well-equipped. Béatrice was very considerate and waited to greet us when our train was delayed. A lovely experience!

Amazing location!

Beatrice was very welcoming and the apartment fit my two teenage daughters well. We cooked meals in the apartment, ate out and walked one block to two fruit and veggie and flower outdoor markets. There is also a small bakery/Pastry shop next to apartment as well as a minimart and organic grocery store. You are a five minute walk from rotunde and the ceour Mirabeax. Beatrice is lovely!

Fabulous private apt in heart of city center!

This is a wonderful modern style apartment that is located in the heart of the city center. It was so nice to be able to walk out the door and be minutes from all the restaurants and shops. Very high ceilings and fabulous french doors that open up to the street below. The beds are comfortable and the home is stocked with all the things you need during your stay. The host was great at communicating in advance to arrange our check in and as a mom with two young adult daughters we felt very safe in the building. There were several locked doors you had to go through to get to the apartment. It is up one flight of stairs but they are gradual and easy to climb. The second bedroom is in the loft and there are a few areas where you do have to duck to avoid hitting your head but it just added to the charm of the home. Bathrooms are all updated, clean and great water pressure. There is also a fabulous deep soaking tub on the main floor bathroom that is wonderful after a long day of walking around the city. We would definitely stay there again!

Delightful Loft

This was a fantastic base to explore Aix from. The loft space is quite large and has all the amenities that you would need, including laundry and a dishwasher. Central Aix is quite small, so this location in the old city is perfect for exploring on foot. While we were there it was incredibly hot in Aix. This meant that windows needed to be open through the night (there is no AC) and during the summer it can be quite loud in the streets of Aix into the early hours of the morning. This was a wonderfully comfortable and well-equipped apartment, however, and we would not hesitate to stay there again. Communication with the host was excellent, and check-in was very smooth.

Absolutely wonderful stay!

The flat was gorgeous! It was a mix of modern and French country (beautiful exposed wood beams, decorative fireplace), giant windows and a Juliet balcony. It was clean, comfortable and quiet and steps from Rue de Cardeurs with lots of restaurants and an underground parking garage. Also, it was 400 meters from La Poste which was very convenient to ship things home after a month-long visit! The flat was smack dab in the middle of the outdoor markets as well. Place Richelme was a stones throw away (also lots of restaurants, shops, the town hall and iconic clock tower) and Cours Mirabeau, with its famous beautiful Rotonde fountain was a quick walk. We enjoyed our trip immensely and will definitely be contacting Beatrice to stay here again! BTW, Beatrice was responsive, very helpful and a delight to work with. And Provence was ABSOLUTELY magical!
