Lovely place with a lovely host! It is in a bit of a busier area so you are close to everything but occasionally get a bit of noise that comes with being so central - nothing crazy though!

We had a lovely stay in Beatrice’s beautiful flat in the heart of Aix.Her communication with us was very good, particularly when we encountered a difficulty that was entirely of our own making….she went to considerable lengths to right the situation. The location is wonderful, even with a long climb up one flight of stairs, with lots of good restaurants and shops nearby. The flat is well equipped and it felt like you had been invited to share someone’s home rather than the sometimes sterile feel of a hotel.

This loft apartment is in the center of the old city, steps from the main squares, cathedral, farmers markets, shops, and restaurants. The loft has been professionally renovated to highlight its historic character, while installing modern conveniences. It is decorated with the owner's tasteful art collection. The kitchen is particularly well equipped and a delight for cooks. The dish and clothes washers, oven, refrigerator, etc. are American-sized.

Adventure in Aix

The flat is located in old Aix with a stunning surrounding area. It was a perfect home base to explore Provence. Beatrice was accommodating, helping us get into the unit even after experiencing travel delays. One thing to note - no AC in the unit, so it can get a little hot at night.

Beautiful loft apartment in Aix

Wonderful loft apartment in the centre of Aix but very quiet. We loved the full height windows and mezzanine sleeping area, very comfortable bed. Kitchen and both bathrooms spacious, modern and well-equipped. Béatrice was very considerate and waited to greet us when our train was delayed. A lovely experience!

Lovely apartment

Beautifully furnished, well-equipped, and ideally situated. This is one of those properties that lives up to its listing (if anything, the photos don't quite capture how impressive it is). Béatrice was super helpful, with excellent recommendations for places to eat etc. Don't be put off by the lack of air conditioning: the weather was hot while we were there, but the supplied fans were more than adequate to stay comfortable and sleep well.
