Set on a corner plot of this desirable community this home offers the privacy and all the modern comforts of your ideal vacation destination. The great room floor plan has vaulted ceilings with a large open plan family room, dining table for six persons and fully equipped kitchen. You can cook a full meal at home or visit one of our numerous neighboring restaurants!

This dream home features one large master bedroom in a split bedroom floor plan for ultimate privacy. The master bedroom also features an enclosed bath with dual sink vanities, garden tub and separate shower. The master bedroom also has its own access to the swimming pool. There are 3 additional bedrooms that share another full bath. One with a Queen bed, two with full beds and the other bedroom has two twin beds. For guest convenience there is a full size, interior washer and dryer.


Exit the stunning family lounge through sliding patio doors onto the spacious pool deck with screened lanai and sparkling swimming pool and spa. The pool deck is fully furnished with chaise lounges for sunning and a table and chairs for dining. You will also find this home has had the garage converted into a games room complete with pool table. All four bedrooms and the family room feature new flat screen TVs with cable. Wireless internet service is available throughout the home. Local telephone service is also available.

Required to sign the rental agreement form. 2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time. 3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location 4. Pool/spa heat is additional fee if available. The pool/spa heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. But it might take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool/spa heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed. Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested and paid for at least 24 hours before check in. 5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane. 6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by local Service. 7.Villa phone service is provided to you with unlimited calls to the United States and Canada. This will be a self-catering house.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
