This well maintained, beautifully decorated, beach home boasts large spacious rooms with 1100+ sq feet of living space! Every detail in each room has been carefully and thoughtfully provided to ensure a relaxing and comfortable vacation for you! The condo has 2 bedrooms, each with its own private, full bathroom. You'll also enjoy a full kitchen and comfortable living room space.

Sunset Beach is a quiet family beach resort located on the North Carolina coast, just minutes from South Carolina. Our trademark is a pristine three-mile-long sandy beach, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and spectacular golfing. If you're looking for a place on the beach, stop now! We're at Sea Trail Resort, which is about a mile from the beach. We're about as close as you can get to the ocean yet have all of the amenities of a resort including three signature golf courses: Rees Jones, Dan Maples and Willard Byrd. A unique feature of our community is Bird Island, a 2000+- acre nature preserve that borders the west end of Sunset Beach and can only be accessed by land via the beach.

We enjoy renting to friends, family and others who appreciate a clean, beautiful and comfortable place to call "home" while on vacation! We would love to share our beach home with you and your family and friends!

Recommend! Home was cozy, comfortable and clean, although the beds were a bit too soft for our preferences. We love this location that provides easy access to golf, nearby beaches, and restaurants. We also enjoyed the Maples course that the condo overlooks.

A fantastic condo located on a beautiful golf course with a short drive to the beautiful Subset Beach. If you are looking for a quiet beach retreat in a nicely kept and decorated condo this is the place . The Host is great and makes sure your comfort is number 1! Lots of nearby coastal towns to visit and dine.

Anniversary Weekend Done Right!!

We had a great time! The property was clean and had all the expected essentials. The kitchen had the obvious pots, pans, glasses, plates, etc., but also had cabinet full of spices, ice in the ice bin and beach chairs available for use. The owner even provided a list of restaurants to check out! It was great. We would not hesitate staying here again.

Great place

Had a great stay while on a golf trip. Location is 5 minutes from the beach. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Owner’s communication was very helpful. Look forward to staying here again.

Beach and Golf

My brother in-law and sister in-law joined my wife and I for a six days. The beach was close so we got our walks in both the morning and evening. My brother in-law and I played golf twice on the Sea Trails courses. The restaurants had a good variety so we ate out every night. All-in-all a great stay

Awesome Stay!!

The house was very nice and super clean. The location is perfect due to only being 5 minutes from the beach, as well as 15 mins from some awesome restaurants and activities. The owners of the property sent step by step instructions on what to do as well as a list of places for us to dine at. The neighborhood is very nice and so are the golf courses surrounding the property. Definalty loved our stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Very enjoyable week at the beach

My family of 3 stayed in the condo for a week in July 2013. The condo was very clean and so well-stocked with all of the essentials. The beds were soft yet comfortable, and we enjoyed spending time in the living room while it rained watching movies.

Sea Trail Happy Place

Very relaxing, calm property to help make vacation VERY enjoyable. Will definitely seek this property out again. Only downside- charged to use the community pool as a renting guest. Owners were very communicative and was very accomodating with their home. A+, 5 stars, or whatever top rating is used. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent location AND space

Down for a wedding in Ocean Isle. Easy to get to from Sea Trail. Jeff was most accommodating. Gave lots of places to visit ahead of time and answered all questions within moments. Checkin was smooth and easy to locate. If we head back down we will most definitely stay here again. Thanks Jeff.

Great get away!

Advance information for check was perfect, nothing was a guessing game. We were even allowed to check in early because it was available. Lots of space, windows, CLEAN, and in a very quiet area. The living room has lots of space for all to hang out. Beds were very comfortable, and loved having two bedrooms with two full baths. A lot of little extras were there, from deco to kitchen staples to towels and blankets, and even coffee pods, which was fantastic at the end of very busy days. I highly recommend this unit, he even gave us access to his private stash of beach chairs and such.

Lovely , quiet and very comfortable villa

We were extremely pleased from the moment we walked into the downstairs hallway which was nicely decorated. The stair carpeting was very clean, no stains or embedded sand. The kitchen, dining area and living room are open to each other and very spacious and beautifully decorated . The appliances including the washer and dryer( behind doors ) were in excellent condition. Both bedrooms were quite large and had adjoining bathrooms which had an ample supply of towels! The living room and one of the bedrooms opened to a screened porch which was shady and faced the golf course. We had plenty of pots and pans , dinnerware and cutlery. The living room furniture looks quite new and is very comfortable as was the king size bed. We had the use of beach chairs, umbrella, and a beach cart. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had before renting and was available if any problems occurred during the stay. It is just a short drive to the beach and close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. We also loved biking around Seatrail and surrounding area. There are many golf courses both on the property or a short drive away. Thank you Jeff and Marsha for allowing us to enjoy your villa! We would definitely stay there again and recommend your place to family and friends.

Clean, quiet and comfortable

The villa was very clean, kitchen had plenty of pans, dishes, utensils. It is nicely decorated without lots of clutter. The bed seemed very soft but slept fine and no aches in the morning! Great location.

Tremendous rental

This property is amazing. Beautifully decorated and super convenient to Sunset Beach and Calabash. The hosts are really gracious and they made everything easy. The bed was quit comfy and everything was provided we needed.

The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Jeff was very detail oriented and communicated everything extremely well. The property was perfect and the amenities were too. Overall couldn’t have asked for anything better. Literally 3-4 minutes from the beach as well!

Perfect Location

Great Winter Getaway

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here in Sunset Beach and in this wonderful condo in Sea Trail. We've vacationed on the beach for twenty plus years but had never been in Sea Trail, which is huge, lovely and so close to everything, esp. Sunset Beach and Calabash. Jeff and Marsha's condo is bright, comfortable, clean, well stocked and the perfect place to relax. It has everything you'd need, including great, helpful hosts. We look forward to staying here again!

Excellent Stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was very quiet and provided the rest we really needed. The unit was very clean with all the items you might need provided, like a Keurig coffee maker with a very large supply of coffee. The owners were very nice and responded very quickly to any of our questions. We are looking forward to our next stay here.

Sea trail vacation

I love this condo and the neighborhood it’s in. You won’t hear a peep out of anyone and it is very peaceful. I actually stayed here in this same condo grouping for around a year in 2019 also. I don’t have a bad thing to say about the condos or the neighborhood. It’s in between Wilmington and myrtle beach so there’s plenty of things to do and not a long drive to either place.

We're also less than 10 minutes away from all the amazing Seafood Restaurants in Calabash, NC and close to all the unique shops, outlets and specialty stores in North Myrtle Beach, Sunset Beach, Ocean Isle and historic Southport! You're going to love it!!
