It’s a great location that we have enjoyed for many years.Sunsets and walks on the beach, golf, peace and quiet are all things we enjoy. We had a wonderful stay at this condo! I love to cook and there was no shortage of utensils and cookware. Beds are comfortable and the unit was very well stocked. Great location to the restaurants on the grounds and nice private pool!! Definitely will stay here again if possible!Bob and Renee

Lovely condo with plenty of room for family or friends :) We really liked sitting out on the back porch and taking walks in the neighborhood. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was clean and neat. Would definitely plan to stay again on a future visit to Sunset Beach!

Absolutely Perfect

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Great location close to golf and restaurants. The private pool was great and much less crowded than the bigger resort pool. We would highly recommend staying here and we can’t wait to go back.

This is a great condo! It is well furnished, clean and well maintained. The kitchen has plenty of cookware and the place made you feel right at home! The hosts provided everything one would need to have a great and accommodating trip! They also have great communication! I highly recommend this place!

A Perfect Stay

Our family started vacationing at Sunset Beach in 1976. It is an annual family tradition that has grown over the years as the family expanded. My parents bought a lot in Sea Trail and retired to the community from Virginia. After years of living in Charlotte, NC we moved to Denver, CO. We purchased our condo in the Champions so we could spend more time at Sunset Beach with our families. Thanks to a more flexible work environment today we are able to enjoy the condo more and work remotely here on a regular basis.

The condo is truly our home away from home and we take great pride in it's furnishings, supplies and comforts. We have our Property Manager in Sea Trail and our excellent private cleaner does an outstanding job (see all the review comments). We are continuously making updates to the unit. The location, amenities and price make our unit a great choice for your vacation.

The layout is ideal for golfers, girls weekends or family time. The setup allows for enjoying time together or having private spaces. The unit is large and spacious at 1262 sq ft. We have all the supplies you need for a long weekend or a months long rental.
