Lovely condo and great location! Spacious and clean and convenient to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Friendly communication with the hosts and the kitchen has whatever you might need to cook. Plan to stay here again next year :)

Sea Trail is a beautiful neighborhood and very safe. The condo was the cleanest VRBO rental I’ve ever been to and was the best stocked! We had a wonderful time and would rent again anytime.

This was a last minute trip to take advantage of the long holiday weekend. And wow what a great deal we found. The place looks better in person, very clean, and very organized. Like the pantry had some items to share and there were plenty of other supplies. The kitchen is very well stocked for those times you want to cook. The place just has a warmth about it. We really enjoyed the screened porch. We began our days with a cup of coffee and ended it out there after a long day at the beach with a cold one. The host and local host are very responsive. It’s located within Sea Trail, so close to the sunset beach pier parking, 5 minutes maybe. Great restaurants nearby too. We’d definitely recommend this home and would love to return.

The location of this ground floor condo was great and only about a mile from the beach! Finding parking was not an issue since we were there the beginning of "off season". We were able to take advantage of the outdoor pool although it was after Labor Day! Condo was clean and well equipped with towels/linens/extra supplies. We especially loved the extra hanging and available storage places located on the back of bedroom and bathroom doors! The kitchen was well stocked with plastic storage for leftovers as well as great heavy duty cookware and small appliances. The laundry room was very nice with "extras" provided if needed. The Sun Room was very nice and a great place to have your morning coffee! The only other thing to mention is that we are used to firmer beds and sofa cushions than this condo had but we know that is just a personal preference. The host's communication/responses were prompt and positive. Thanks for sharing your condo with us for our vacation! We would definitely look into staying in Jim's VRBO at Sunset Beach again!

This rental has it all - plus! We were there for 3 weeks and were pleased with all of the amenities. Rental was very clean with comfortable beds. We appreciated having spices to cook with, plenty of dishes and utensils as well as cleaning supplies, toiletries and a large washer and dryer.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! I love to cook and there was no shortage of utensils and cookware. Beds are comfortable and the unit was very well stocked. Great location to the restaurants on the grounds and nice private pool!! Definitely will stay here again if possible!Bob and Renee

Absolutely Perfect

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Great location close to golf and restaurants. The private pool was great and much less crowded than the bigger resort pool. We would highly recommend staying here and we can’t wait to go back.

Our family started vacationing at Sunset Beach in 1976. It is an annual family tradition that has grown over the years as the family expanded. My parents bought a lot in Sea Trail and retired to the community from Virginia. After years of living in Charlotte, NC we moved to Denver, CO. We purchased our condo in the Champions so we could spend more time at Sunset Beach with our families. Thanks to a more flexible work environment today we are able to enjoy the condo more and work remotely here on a regular basis.

The condo is truly our home away from home and we take great pride in it's furnishings, supplies and comforts. We have our Property Manager in Sea Trail and our excellent private cleaner does an outstanding job (see all the review comments). We are continuously making updates to the unit. The location, amenities and price make our unit a great choice for your vacation.

The layout is ideal for golfers, girls weekends or family time. The setup allows for enjoying time together or having private spaces. The unit is large and spacious at 1262 sq ft. We have all the supplies you need for a long weekend or a months long rental.
