About this space:
Welcome to The Pipers Nest! Have fun with the whole family or a weekend getaway with friends at this newly furnished Lakefront Golf Villa Condo @ Sandpiper Bay Golf Course and Country Club. Sandpiper Bay is located in beautiful Sunset Beach.

2 pools + 2 Hot Tubs available to guests in complex! There is also a Tennis Court available for guest use! Open Mid April - October (Closed for Winter November - April)

10 min to Sunset Beach Pier, 13 min Ocean Isle Beach, 5 Minutes to the Seafood Capital, Calabash, NC !

The space:
The condo has 2 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms. Master bedroom has 1 King Bed, with en-suite bathroom and large walk-in closet. Second bedroom has two double beds, with separate bathroom. Condo is equipped with central air conditioning and heat.

Kitchen is equipped with brand new oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with water/ice dispenser. In Unit Washer and Dryer are available to guests. Towels, beach towels and bed linens are provided in the condo!

Kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and includes an Italian Espresso and Cappuccino maker for your enjoyment! Easy instructions are provided at the machine.

Living Room is equipped with a brand new 55 inch 4K LED Smart TV with SLING TV, Prime Video and Netflix included in your stay. Please feel free to utilize or download any applications on the TV to sign in and enjoy your own subscription services!

Amazon Echo Dot With Apple Music is provided to listen to you favorite tunes! Say “Alexa play ….(favorite singer) “ to chill out to your favorite songs! Say Alexa “Stop, Pause, Turn Up , Turn Down , to control.

Master bedroom TV has a 50inch Amazon Fire TV and has same setup as family room (Access to SLING, Prime video, etc. )

Guest Bedroom with two double beds has a 32inch Amazon Fire TV as well!

Guest access:
Entire Condo + 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, and tennis court. Pool/Hot Tubs closed after in fall/winter.

Other fun activities for Guests!
Golfing @ Sandpiper Bay / Sea Trail / and others!
I also provide Golf Club Rental services. I have a set of (Right Handed) Taylor Made Clubs and Odyssey Putter for Guest to rent to play Sandpiper Bay or any of the local courses. Contact me for details!

All Rules and information can be found in the Guest Handbook inside the unit, on the family room table. Guest must adhere to all rules.
Quiet Hours are from 11pm to 7am every day. No music or loud conversations on balcony, sound carries over water and could disturb neighbors.
Upon checkout. Please load any dirty dishes into the dishwasher, and begin the designated cycle. Please take all trash to the dumpster.

This unit was terrific. Very clean. Very well appointed. Many daily essentials provided. Great area, quite very well kept neighborhood and golf course. Easy drive to Sunset beach. Ocean Isle Brach, Calabash and North Myrtle. Restaurants galore in 3-10 miles.

One of the best places of this kind we've stayed in. So many lovely amenities to go along with the cleanliness, comfort and terrific location. If you enjoy coastal decor, this is for you. The host even had a snack station where you could purchase light snacks, something I've never seen before. We will definitely keep this in mind for guests that will be visiting us in our new home in the future.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend Sunset Beach getaway. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and had everything needed to make our stay great. It was quiet, beautiful, and close to Calabash, Sunset Beach, and Ocean Isle Beach.

Wonderful place to stay

Quiet, Clean, Lovely location, Loved sitting on the back balcony over a waterway listening to chirping crickets. Landlord communication was excellent. Both quick responses and helpful.

Very well appointed Condo! Close to Beaches and tons of golf!

Elijah was so great to work with! The condo is very nicely upgraded and appointed. Minutes to several beaches and awesome golf courses are all around it. Plenty of dining options all around as well. We would stay here again for sure!

This beautiful property is located on the iconic Sandpiper Bay Golf and Country Club. The property grounds are meticulously maintained and include two refreshing pools and hot tubs available for my guests! This condo is located just 12 minutes away from Sunset Beach Pier, and 14 minutes to Ocean Isle Beach Pier. Also who can forget the notorious Calabash NC, Seafood Capital of the World, only 8 minutes away from fresh fried Seafood!
