Dear William, We would like to thank you for choosing our apartment to stay on your holiday trip. I am going to carefully review all of your comments regarding our services. Just want to clarify some of them: 1. Clear directions to arrive to the apartment were provided to you a couple of days before your trip. The address do exist and is also written on the condominium rules that you received as well. We understand that sometimes it could be difficult to get to a place when it is your first time visiting a new city or country. However, as soon as you found a wifi hotspot you texted me and I sent you the exact location, you were five minutes away. 2. We are sorry you had to suffer the Mexican heat, but you decided to take the bus from the airport to the apartment instead of taking a taxi and you were wearing a suit in tropical place. All that is out of our control and it is fully and solely the traveler’s responsibility. 3. We apologize for the misunderstanding with the fridge full of soda, beer and water. We wanted to offer you extra stuff for you to make yourself at home but the cleaning lady removed everthing from the fridge. According to the guy that helps us with all the apartment issues he couldn’t find a time that suited you to replace what we promised. 4. Regarding the master bedrooms’ hot water faucet not coming out was because the water-feed was closed. However, you were able to shave using the other bathroom. 5. Bear in mind that we did not charged you the daily electric cost for long stays. Also, we got you a plug adapter because you didn’t have one with you and you were running out of battery. 6. On your last day, we requested the admin office to call a cab, we didn’t know nobody showed up. Please consider all this type of arrangements are travelers responsibility as we are not a hotel nor offer concierge services. Nowadays almost all travelers use a taxi app such as Uber to arrange a taxi.
