Lake View, New High ceiling, Luxurious Cottage

Entire 3 bedroom beautiful, cozy cottage with stunning views of the Okanagan Lake! This cottage is built just this year, with a new modern/luxury style. The cottage is close to the main Lake and is very relaxing. The high ceilings on the main floor, and open space concept, will keep you coming again.

For your information we have an outdoor security camera located at the left corner of the front door that is facing the driveway. However, there are no cameras located inside the cottage.

Relax and enjoy the lake and mountain views from the patio, featuring a dining table and sectional sofas, and propane BBQ.

There are many amenities on the resort, such as two pools, hot-tub, golf course, volleyball, boat-launch, water park and other activities on the lake.

This property is way too far from Downtown East Kelowna. We went there for 2 days it was tough getting in night to property as roads leading to property from downtown are very narrow and dangerous. Also, being 40 min ride kids slept in car during evenings due to which their sleep schedule got disturbed. Also, owner of the property doesn’t take ownership if something is wrong in the property. One of the door coverings fell on me while lowering during night. He blamed me that I dont know how to use the coverings.

Lovely house. It was clean and comfortable. Beach and aqua park were lots of fun. Would be great if the kitchen had a little more (there is no plastic wrap or aluminum foil, 1 very small cookie sheet).

The location was Amazing! There is actually a really well stocked market on site so the need to get items in Kelowna is not necessary. The property needs some TLC- all the furniture is very flimsy and falling apart. Lots of dings and dents on the interior walls- probably from snow boots.

Kelowna golf trip

The property was really nice and quite clean when we got there. The location of the house was beautiful and the view was quite hard to beat, would definitely come to this area! Overall the property manager gave us good info around the area and how to get there and we really enjoyed the stay.

We enjoyed our stay.

We were 2 families traveling together and overall we had a great stay. The views were incredible and the place was clean when we checked in. This was something we were concerned about based off previous reviews. There are definitely a few issues that the host should address for future guests: *the pictures show an umbrella on the deck. There was no umbrella. There was also no outdoor coffee table other than the umbrella table which is for bar height seating and where was no bar height seating provided. *the stove in the kitchen does not get up to temperature. We brought an air fryer from home and without that we would not have been able to cook the food we brought. *the fridge and freezer were on vacation mode and not the correct temperatures needed for our food storage. We realized this after we stocked the fridge. *the dishwasher doesn’t always drain properly *the kitchen could have been better stocked. There was no Saran Wrap and minimal tin foil provided. The salt and pepper was basically empty *there are some warped boards on the deck with some screws exposed. A couple of us did trip over these boards at some point. Overall it’s a nice home with a lot of potential and great resort and we enjoyed our stay.

Views!

Stayed here with 5 girls for a bachelorette weekend. The place had a great set up and the views were incredible. We noticed the place was dusty but overall clean. It had everything we needed to cook and prepare food which was great. Note: We didn’t end up liking how far out it was from town for our occasion. But if you’re planning on just spending your time in LaCasa, then it’s great.

Would not recommend this cottage

The area we went to was beautiful, there are tons of rentals in this area so lots to choose from! Sadly I would choose anywhere but this specific cottage. We found dirty press on nails all around the property, garbage in the driveway upon arrival. The countertops were sticky like they hadn’t been cleaned. As well as some dishes. When we had gone to bed some of the guests found toe nail clippings and hair in their sheets, so I had messaged the host about it and they were completely rude and didn’t even apologize for this inconvenience. After the world has lived through a pandemic there is a specific level of cleanliness we all expect and this was not met. We had to do laundry and clean our first day there. Had the host at least apologized or dealt with the matter in a better manner We would have better things to say but unfortunately I would not recommend this place. The host also said they had never had a complaint before and upon looking at the reviews there was a complaint for almost all the exact same issues not even a month prior!!! Disgusting! There are so many options in this area that I will be choosing a different property in the future.

Not worth the price

We were over all disapointed, the price is not worth what we experienced. It was quite dirty, the sheets and duvet covers were dirty, one bed even had a nail in it. There were hairballs everywhere and the dishes needed to be cleaned again. The oven didn't work properly, it didn't get up to temperature and the fridge froze a lot of our produce. The view is amazing, the beds are comfortable but not worth the amount of money you pay to stay here. The walk to the lake is down and then back up a BIG incline, there is no beach.

Great Family Getaway

We stayed for 2 nights at the cottage with my family. The place is very comfortable, has gorgeous view of the lake and equipped with all the nesessities. Don’t forget to bring your own touletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) as it’s not included.

Best views!

This place is amazing and was walking distance from all the amenities, except for the lake down below. But since we were high up the views were amazing and there were no bugs! The place was well stocked with everything and overall was a joy!

Cute House, Beautiful View

We weren't able to utilize amenities of Casa Cottages due to the time of year we went, but the house was perfect for what we needed: A place to sleep The spatious patio was nice to wake up and walk out on. Didn't use kitchen or living room as we had another house (just needed beds lol) so no comment on them but I would stay here again. Shower pressure was good and the temperature range was perfect. Unlike some places where its either Antarctica or the fires of Mordor. I rate cleanliness as decent as there was much dust and socks and tennis balls under beds but I rate the response time of manager as top notch which makes up for it mostly because I'm not sleeping under the bed. In summary I would rent here again in a heart beat. Good price, rapid communication, and beautiful view.
