Super charming, fully-restored 1926 Craftsman two-story beach bungalow!
Located in a quiet and quaint historic neighborhood just minutes from great local restaurants, breweries and shops. A short drive or bike ride will take you to the Pier...Mission Ave shops and the beach.
Property sleeps 8 guests comfortably - 2 sleeping areas downstairs and 2 upstairs + a separate private apartment above garage. Property is fully gated with a large front yard perfect for entertaining, BBQing, and relaxing. *** Brand new AC installed ***
Galley style kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare any type of meal. Dining area sets 8 people.
Property is equipped with bicycles, games, and fun for the whole family. Pet friendly! Perfect place to work remotely, get some family time and enjoy the area!

This property is awesome because it's in a great location that is both private and safe but also just minutes from everything you want....beaches....boutiques...breweries....dining and so many activities. It is also super spacious and has lots of great outdoors space to spend warm nights bbqing and enjoying each other's company after a day of shopping...surfing or even working.
