手入れの行き届いた裏庭のハンモックでストレッチし、波が打ち寄せる音に眠りに落ちます。この改装されたビーチバンガローには、なだめるような青いパレット、専用の入り口の小さな家、フロントポーチからの海の景色があります。

プロパティには、1ベッドルームのメインハウス、ゲストルームの小さな家、囲まれた裏庭が含まれます。メインホームには、クイーンベッド、クイーンソファベッド、バスルーム、フルキッチン、プライベートパティオ付きのベッドルームがあります。裏庭の小さな��には、専用の入り口、クイーンベッド、簡易キッチン、バスルームがあります。

宿泊施設は4名まで快適に宿泊できますが、4名以降は最大6名まで追加料金で宿泊できます。毎回の滞在の間に専門的にユニットをクリーニングするサードパーティのクリーニングおよびリネンサービスに直接支払われるため、売上高は交渉不可です。

This property has a nice fenced yard for our dogs. The place was clean, but doesn’t really have any storage for your clothes or toiletries. Beach access is limited to low tide and the neighborhood /street very busy through most of the day. The house is good for two people

Thanks for giving us a try! If looking for a sandy beach, we recommend checking out Buccaneer, just 3 blocks to the south of the property. Its great for families! Being across from the beach, it can be a busy area, but we feel that the proximity to the water is worth it. For a quieter area, we recommend booking in the neighborhoods east of Coast Highway (though that would require biking or driving to the water as it'd be a bit of a hike). We appreciate your staying with us!

Great communication with host throughout our stay and they promptly addressed any concerns we had. They brought extra towels so we could use a few at the beach which was greatly appreciated. No huge cleaning list at check out was a big plus for us since we were departing early to catch a flight. Would stay again! Thank you!

Perfect and relaxing stay

The house is incredibly charming and perfect size for a few people. The backyard really makes for the most tranquil stay, my husband and I definitely had an amazing nap in that hammock! Just a very short walk to the beach, this place is a reasonable yet memorable stay.

The good:1. Location is awesome. The beach is not a beach you can play on with kids but my kiddos loved watching the surfers in the morning and the sandy beach is only a few minutes away. 2. Having the guest house is perfect, we brought our nanny and it gave her the ability to have her own space.4. They have a lot of beach stuff! The toys were good some were broken though. And they do not provide beach towels so definitely bring your own. 3. The host communicated quickly and was nice as well. The Not So Good:1. My biggest complaint was the lack of storage. There is a place to hang clothes but only 4 hangers provided. There’s a few (4) built in cubbies that are maybe 18inches in width, height and depth. But with two toddlers and two adults it was rough. It could definitely benefit from a dresser or something along those lines. 2. The couch bed is TERRIBLE. Couch beds aren’t ever great but this mattress was equivalent to a thick blanket. 3. The guest house does not have A/C. I could have missed this info in the listing. 4. The kitchen is bare, there is an oven but no baking sheets or dishes, No strainer, no tongs just very minimal so if you plan on using the kitchen I’d bring your own stuff? There was no spices which isn’t a huge deal but other places I’ve stayed have had basic stuff that has made it more convenient. No tin foil, ziplocks or anything to store extra food in like Tupperware. Which again, not a huge deal but was inconvenient.

Thanks so much for choosing to spend your vacation in Oceanside with us. We are so glad to hear you enjoyed the location and layout of the home. We are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations with regards to some areas. As the home was originally built in the 1950s, certain things like storage may not be on par with modern day homes. While we would love to add a dresser, the layout of the room (one door to living room, one door to bathroom and one door to back yard) doesn't leave enough wall space for a dresser. We will certainly look into the hangers and kitchen items as the home should be stocked with all the basics you need. Sometimes items are broken or accidentally packed and taken by a guest without being reported. Regarding the sofa bed, we use a commercial grade model and have a standard thickness foldaway mattress. Typically we see the sofa bed is used primarily for children with adults opting for the regular beds. You are correct that the guest house does not have AC as shared in our listing. We are so appreciative of your giving us a try and we hope you had the best time relaxing by the beach with your family!
