Sterling Shores is under renovation for a beautification project in which they are working on all balconies and walkways to the condos. Due to this beautification process, one pool closest to the building may close in November very briefly. No other amenities will be affected. Renovations are currently in progress Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The renovation is set to be finished by 1/29/2026. If bad weather interferes with the beautification process, renovations could continue into February. If there are any updates, I will let you know. We have blocked down the units that are primarily affected by this construction. June-Labor Day is painting the exterior and should not cause much of a disturbance. After Labor Day, you may experience floor grinding noise and dust. We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you and we hope you enjoy your stay!

The location of this condo is quite close to the ocean - and the decor may make you even more excited to visit it! Sharks, starfish, octopi, and so much more adorn the walls of this home. When you step out onto the balcony (either from the living room or main bedroom), you'll be able to take in all the fresh ocean air for yourself. Fill up one of the included wine glasses with a beverage and kick back! The whole family can make up snacks for the beach or entire meals in the full kitchen, which is complete with full size appliances and a painting depicting the beach below. Of course, grilling up some delicious fish on the private gas grill is always an option. Tile floors and central air conditioning will help keep everyone comfortable during your stay. But the amenities don't end there - the private washer/dryer will help keep everyone's gear in order so you can head down to the beach on your schedule. Guests will also have access to the shared pool, seasonal snack shack, and fitness center during their stay. The fun in the sun doesn't stop!
WHAT’S NEARBY
The beach is just a short walk away. Don't forget to stop at The Back Porch (just under a half mile away) for some crab legs once you arrive! Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch) just over one mile from the condo. Beyond the beach, guests can take in 18 holes at the award-winning Raven Golf Club, just over nine miles away.
THINGS TO KNOW
Construction is 8-5, 7 days a week. Beginning Monday, October 20, 2025, the Lagoon Pool will be closed for approximately 3 weeks to have it resurfaced. We are hopeful to have it back up and running by November 10, 2025. Free WiFi and cable. Full kitchen. Snowbird friendly. Elevator in the building. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am. Beach service is available at an additional charge. Please see the beach attendant for details and pricing. The HOA does not allow any trailers, campers, scooters, golf carts, boats, or anything else of that nature to park on the property.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
