Enjoy your holiday in the Dordogne in this semi-detached house next to the owners' house.

On the ground floor, you'll find a kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, freezer, and a four-burner gas hob. The living room has a sofa and two armchairs, a television, and Wi-Fi internet access.
Upstairs, you'll discover two bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet. The first bedroom has a double bed (140x190cm) and a single bed (80x190cm). The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed (160x200cm).
Central heating is provided by gas.
The enclosed garden allows you to enjoy the swing, the sandbox, and the above-ground swimming pool (chlorine, 8x4m, 1.20m deep, 1.50m high), shared with the owners and open from May to September (access via a gate).

A travel cot is available.
Bed linen is included. End-of-stay cleaning: €50, Towels: €2, Heating: €15/day. The cottage is located on the border of the Dordogne and Lot departments, with unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside and the Château de Fénelon. Hiking trails and the Dordogne River are less than 500m away. All tourist sites are between 10 minutes and 1 hour from the cottage (Domme, La Roque-Gageac, Beynac, the Lascaux Caves, the Proumeyssac chasm, etc.). You can also take advantage of the proximity to sites such as the Padirac chasm, Rocamadour, Saint-Cyr-Lapopie, and Collonges-la-Rouge, etc.
