Ideally located between Sarlat and Souillac in the south of the Dordogne, in Périgord Noir, this charming house sits in the Dordogne Valley above Calviac, in a quiet setting surrounded by meadows and forests. Calviac is a small village just 15 minutes from Sarlat or Souillac and 5 minutes from the riverbanks. The village has a post office (town hall) and a grocery store.
The solid wood house features, on the ground floor, an entrance, a 37 m² living-dining room, a fully equipped 7 m² kitchen, a WC, and a utility room. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with closets and a bathroom with bathtub and WC. The main bedroom overlooks the south-facing garden. Both upstairs bedrooms are air-conditioned for your comfort on summer nights.
The house is south-facing, bright, and enjoys sunlight from morning to evening. A large garden surrounds the property. At the back, an oak grove offers cool shade—perfect for outdoor meals or relaxing moments.
Nature lovers will enjoy the green surroundings and nearby outdoor activities such as canoeing, mountain biking, cycling (bike path from Souillac to Sarlat nearby), hiking, ziplining, or even hot air balloon rides.

Guests are responsible for cleaning. Please leave the house tidy on departure. Cleaning service is available for an additional fee. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided as an option.
