Superior Suites - Lake side

Superior Suites are located on the 2nd story, 2 blocks down from the historic Baker Street, known for its many shops, restaurants and pubs. Superior Suites are new, modern and built to executive standards with all the amenities you expect and deserve. This one bedroom suite also features a queen sized murphy bed in the Livingroom to accommodate two extra guests. You can enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain views from the balcony or open the stacking doors to utilize the whole space. The suite has plenty of storage for all your gear located at the parking level.

Wonderful gem in the heart of Nelson!

We absolutely loved this high end suite - lovely decor, new appliances, open concept, great deck with a view of the lake… The location was perfect - we walked everywhere!! Jennifer was a wonderful host. Would love to visit again!

Nelson Getaway

We always include Superior Suites Lake Side in our Nelson Getaway. We love the central location with ALL the amenities. This property is high quality and our host, Jennifer is super friendly and alway accommodating. Looking forward to next year!! :)

Great stay in Nelson BC

This VRBO was walking distance from many, many restaurants and shops. A great walk down to an amazing park right on the water, rent a kayak, go swimming or whatever. Don’t get me wrong, there are many hills to climb which are short distances for the most part but a little steep. The VRBO itself was very nice with a great deck to sit and look out at the scenic view. Well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. What they don’t tell you is there are train tracks very close to the property and they are used a couple times a day, one at night, 10ish and one in the morning. With that being said, the windows and sliding doors keep it very quiet inside the unit. No elevator to unit which is basically on the 3rd floor or maybe 2nd hard to tell but approximately 30 steps. Watch out for the shower wand in shower, turn it towards wall or you might be spraying the entire bathroom. I’m 74 and active. The steps and hills didn’t bother my wife or me as we loved every day in Nelson and this VRBO. The owners were great to work with and we loved our stay. I pointed out some very minor things but you’ll love it too.

Loved the balcony and watching the lake. The week we were there was hot and we enjoyed sitting on the deck each night until 11.

5star stay at superior suites

Good location (1 block to downtown), ample space inside and on the balcony (the view off the balcony is really nice, you can see the lake and watch the small aircrafts taking off or landing on the strip), bike locker provided, clean, the kitchen is stacked, air conditioning makes a big difference on a hot summer day. We will stay again!

Family trip to Nelson

We had a great time. Location was perfect. Walking distance to fun downtown shops, coffee, bakeries, bars & restaurants with views of the lake & mountains. Apartment was clean & comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect

The condo was exactly what we needed for our weeks holiday in Nelson. It was exactly as listed. It was equipped with everything we could possibly need and was very clean and quiet. And that view!!! We only needed Jennifer for 1 small need and she had us looked after within about 10 mins. Will definitely be returning!! Thanks again for a lovely vacation rental. Val P

Excellent & comfortable

Very well maintained apartment, clean, comfortable, and close to downtown. Highly recommend - both beds are comfortable (medium firmness) and air conditioning was perfect.

Wonderful apartment!

Jennifer's apartment was a perfect spot for my husband and I to play some golf and enjoy Nelson. The location is perfect to downtown, an easy walk to all the restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed and very clean. The complimentary coffee and creamer was a nice touch. Jennifer even called us after we left to let us know we had forgotten our phone charger! Luckily we were still in the area. We hope to be back!

Nelson get away

Jennifer's rental is an amazing find for Nelson. Conveniently located close to downtown you are walking distance from all the fabulous restaurants and bars. The unit itself is excellent appointed with all the amenities you would want and more in a unit away from home. Jennifer goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is beyond comfortable. With a small view of the lake and large deck to enjoy the sunsets, Superior Suites Unit L is our choice for a rental every year when we visit Nelson

August long weekend family trip

This rental was perfect for us! The location is great, great views on the huge balcony. Everything you need is in the house. Excellent host and communication. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place

We didn't spend a ton of time at the place but it was really nice for the price. The radiant heat in the bathroom and entryway is a nice luxury for drying your stuff. About the only minor issue I had was that we wanted to watch the superbowl but couldn't get access to CTV or TSN with the television, but it wasn't a huge deal. We left some beers in the fridge and they called us concerned that we left them behind - it was really a nice touch. The location couldn't be beat either - everything was walkable.

Fine experience

Loved the location. Walked all over the compact downtown, with lots of good restaurants and some interesting shops. Comfortable bed, with plenty of room for our stuff. Took us a while to figure out the temperature in the unit. We would have liked some lamps, as we like soft lighting and the overhead lights were glarey for us. Interesting view from the deck, with the airport in front of us and small planes coming and going, and the bridge over the lake in the middle distance.
