Come slip into the indoor hot tub or relax over a game off billiards. During the Summer months you can gather the family and enjoy movies on the lawn or poolside karaoke. Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!


**Regency Towers charges a $40 fee upon check-in at registration. **This will provide you with 1 parking pass and wristbands for your guest. You may purchase additional parking passes for $15 each. The passes will be issued by the security gate. ( subject to change by HOA)

*Each renter will be issued TWO parking passes maximum for one or two-bedroom units. When we reach 70% (+) occupancy, then renters will be issued ONE pass for the inside lot regardless of occupancy of the condo. All additional vehicles will be charged $40 per vehicle, Credit/Debit Card only, No Cash, and will receive an OVERFLOW parking pass and will be required to park in the overflow lot directly across from the complex. Parking passes must be hung on the rearview mirror and must be visible at all times. *
