This Regency Towers, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in the highly sought after east end of Panama City Beach. It is close to St. Andrew's State Park, pontoon rentals, and some of the best restaurants in our area. This 2nd floor beachfront unit has gulf and pool views & you can easily skip the elevator, just take one flight of stairs up to your condo! Regency Towers offers guests 2 large swimming pools (one heated year-round), indoor hot tub, kiddie pool, poolside bar & grill (open seasonally), outdoor showers, picnic areas with grills, billiards room, & fitness center!

This spacious unit offers almost 1,200 square feet of living space. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances. The living room and dining area offer ample, comfortable seating with views of the Gulf of Mexico, a large Smart TV, and access to the unit's private balcony with BRAND NEW patio furniture (2023). The master bedroom also has gulf views, a King size bed, Smart TV, and the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, twin over twin bunks, Smart TV and second bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There is a pull-out sofa in the living room, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 8. The unit also has a washing machine and dryer.

Perfect Beachside Paradise

We had a great time staying here. The condo was centrally located with pool and beach views. Beautifully decorated and perfect for a girls trip or a family stay.

Great week at the beach

This is a great place to stay. The only negative was the elevators. They are crowded and slow. Thankfully we were on the second floor and were able to just use the stairs. I love the 24 hour security.

Great location

Loved the location. Although regency Towers is an old condominium building… we actually stayed there in 1996…they are working on doing needed upgrades. Our unit was fine! We had some initial issues, but within minutes of calling maintenance they were up in our condo and taking care of things. neither of the slider doors worked, but we were told to leave them open because the rollers were broken. We did, so it was not an issue. No bugs so the screens weren’t needed. We loved only having to take the stairs, one flight to get to the pool! We could not have had better weather! The view was great.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great time and find it hard to complain about anything because we feel blessed to be on vacation. We did find it hard to enjoy the balcony since it was to close to the pool but we knew that in advance and the location of the condo did make it nice to use the stairs. We found several dishes that were not clean. The condo needs some cookie sheets and more silverware however we did make do. It would be nice to have an ottoman or a recliner but again did not effect our stay. We had a few problems with the elevators when we used them. We pushed 13 to go visit friends and people got on at 9 and the elevator went down. That happened several times. The carts are also to small. With all that said, we loved our stay. Thank you.

Great Experience

We had a great experience with our first time staying at Regency Towers. This property was very clean and nice upon our arrival and it met all of our expectations. They supplied plenty of towels, just don’t forget to bring extra washing powders, dish liquid, paper towels, and trash bags. I forgot to bring mine, so we had to run out and grab some, but that wasn’t a problem at all. It was very convenient being on the second floor, so much so we just used the stairs and never even had to fool with the hassle of waiting on the elevators. The views were amazing from our balcony…and from our master bedroom. Despite us not being able to get into the gulf because of double red flags the whole week that we were there.. we still had an amazing time and made the best out of the situation. It was also very nice to find the board games, puzzles, and uno cards to play with underneath the tv stand during our downtime. I would definitely book this property again it has everything you could possibly need and more. Ohh and the Tiki Hut by the pool was also so nice and convenient! They had great food and the drinks were delicious… you have to get a frozen pineapple drink!!

Nice enough but not for us

This seemed to be an older condo.this didn’t bother us,The living room ceiling was three colors as if it was stained but going to be painted. The second bath had been painted but the tile and tub had wear. There’s no ceiling fans at all. There is a light in the hall between the two bedrooms which cannot be turned off and shines brightly at night even dimmed, So the bedroom doors have to be closed and it gets hot during the night,The unit is directly above the pool who makes it very noisy. The unit is directly across from the elevator and stairwell. The noise was terrible until after 10:30 each night. Maybe ceiling fans would help block out some of the noise. The unit was furnished nicely and the kitchen had plenty of utensils. Because the unit is the second floor the elevator would bypass this floor every time and go to the top floors to pick up people and their beach items before stopping at the second floor. So we never got to use the elevator and had to walk down the steps which was bad for my 91 yr old mother. Even though there were several negative items for us, I’m not sure if the owners can do much to change the major items. We did enjoy the unit itself but it wouldn’t be one we would rent in the future.

PERFECT location. PERFECT vacation!!

The location of this bldg is away from the congested areas, but restaurants & stores are very close. Three grocery stores are mins away. The location of this particular unit is PERFECT. It's right off the elevator, it's on the 2nd floor & a quick flight of stairs if the elevators are busy. This condo is equipped with whatever you need - cookware, coffee pot, toaster, silverware, glasses, dishes, etc. There is a large table that seats 6 & 3 additional bar stools at the counter. There's an automatic icemaker in the freezer. The washer/dryer also came in very handy as well. (It's not large, but it works great and does the job!) The balcony has very nice furniture - table with 4 chairs and then a high top table with 2 chairs. It's very roomy and we were out there often. There are two large pools so it didn't feel like you were on top of everyone. The beach is a private beach and just steps away from the pool, which was GREAT! The tiki bar and snack bar were pretty reasonably priced. WE LOVED THIS UNIT & THIS PROPERTY! These are NOT complaints AT ALL-just a few tips: Don't forget to bring your own beach towels. If you plan on cooking, plan ahead - salt&pepper shakers, foil, bags, wraps etc for leftovers. There are no ceiling fans in bedrooms BUT there are large fans in the closets that did the job. A sponge, dish soap, paper towels & dishwasher pods are provided. No tissues or napkins are there, so bring extras. Also bring hangers if you'll need them. WE LOVED THIS PLACE!!!
