Highly Recommend!

This place was amazing! So nice, clean, and spacious. It felt like a resort while we were there and we all had the best time. The beach was not too crowded and everything was perfect!

Great stay, we love RT.

Condo was as described. Emailed and called contact leaving a voicemail and never got a response from her. We love the location of Regency Tower. Tiki bar is a plus. Pools were clean and balcony was wonderful.

Very enjoyable stay

We had a very good time on our trip. The facility itself is obviously dated but has been kept up well. The condo looks to have been remodeled recently. It was very clean, which is important to us. Some of the furniture is old and needs to be replaced(the couch and chair in the living area). The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with updated appliances. The balcony was spacious and has an amazing view! The beach in front of the facility was very well kept and clean. We did have an issue with the electronic door lock having a dead battery, but one message to Sheila and she came by and took care of it. She was a very nice person and a pleasure to deal with. Regency Towers itself was pretty nice. We highly enjoyed Bikini Bobs tiki bar that is between the two large pools. The prices on food and drinks there were the most reasonable I’ve ever seen. One pool is heated, one pool is not. Our only complaint on the facilities would be the hot tub. It is located inside in a tiny room that felt cramped and gave you no view of the outside. I highly recommend this condo for anyone that wants to have a comfortable and pleasurable vacation.

Location and View Supersedes Age

Many positives about our stay, thought it began a little rough. The front office was closed when we arrived at 4:30, so we had to wait until the next day to get our official parking pass and arm bands. Also, the keyless entree was not working, so we needed to call the contact person right away. On the bright side, she responded right away and gave us the code to a lock box by the door. It worked, and we used that key for our stay. The parking is very easy and convenient.Walking through the front door, you can see the ocean through the patio doors. What a spectacular view! That patio - including the higher chairs and table - was definitely our favorite place. You also have a fabulous view from the master bedroom - which opens up to the patio. The kitchen is functional - and has very nice, newer appliances. The coffee/wine bar is trendy and cute - as pictured! We were somewhat surprised by the lack of coffee cups (only 2) and glass wear (besides wine glasses) and dishes for a place that sleeps 8. There were only 2 of us, however, so that was not a problem.Parts of the place showed it's age - including the master bedroom and living room furniture. But, again, it was functional. The bathrooms had been remodeled and looked nice. Be sure to bring soaps, lotions, and hair products with you, as they are not provided. We needed to purchase toilet paper, as well. Each bathroom had 1 roll. Each bathroom did have a hair drier. The commodes were a somewhat sluggish when flushing, which could be a potential problem for a larger party. Overall we enjoyed where we stayed. The pool was heated (NICE!!) and the Tiki Bar next to the pool has specialty drinks and GOOD snack bar food. The beach is gorgeous with its sugar white sand. One evening we walked down the beach to a popular bar/eatery for a terrific evening meal. Very convenient location!
