This completely updated & beautifully decorated 4A condo features 2 bedroom 2 bath (sleeps 8) beach front with gorgeous gulf views from a spacious balcony. The best part about putting your toes in the white sand is about 100 feet from complex. It is within walking distance to the Hangout, restaurants and shopping. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal during your stay. It's also stocked with beach towels, chairs, & toys for the whole family to enjoy while on the beach for less packing. The property also provides on premises parking, elevator, a charcoal grill & picnic area .

You can't go wrong with staying at this cute little beach condo at The Whaler in Gulf Shores!! It was perfect and had everything we needed and then some! Extra huge bonuses, the balcony ocean front view, the pool and the beach access from the pool area! I would definitely stay here again!!

The Whaler was perfect for our family! We have 2 grown kids and one preteen. We all fit comfortably. There wasnt excessive noise or "busy" around the condo. Walk straight out to the beach or dip in the pool! Our hosts were quick to respond and all we asked for was an early check in lolWe had zero issues the whole trip!

This property was great! We had six of us stay here (Mom, Dad and 4 teenagers). Master bedroom is very spacious and had plenty of storage and extra blankets/pillows. Second bedroom is a tight squeeze but it works and the kids were perfectly fine in there. Kitchen comes with plenty of dishes, cooking supplies and a large closet pantry. The large windows and terrace were our favorite with an excellent view of the beach. There's two Nautica beach chairs and a few beach towels to use as well. We found them on the terrace and towels were in the laundry closet. The building itself is older but had been maintained well. Pool is a good size and was very clean. Located right on the beach made access super easy and you're right by a lifeguard stand which are few and far between on the beach. There are several companies on the beach right by where the Whaler sits that you can rent chairs and umbrellas from too which makes it even more convenient.Check in was easy , communication was great and we had zero problems. We will definitely stay here again!

The room was clean overall. One accent chair's upholstery needs cleaned. The closet in the bunk bed room was full of items and unusable. Construction around the pool and at the base of the condo was in progress while we were there, so there was extra noise and areas off limits.However, the views are perfect. The kitchen and master bed/bath are all updated and new. The condo was the perfect size for our group of 5. The access to the beach is simple and easy as well as parking and elevator access. Highly recommend to small groups or families.

The condo was clean. Online pictures a bit deceiving of the size of the bedroom with bunk beds. The walls are thin and you could hear everything going on outside. The elevator quit working. Talked to the host. Also tried calling the property manager listed on the property and was informed that do NOT manage that property anymore. Trash and broken glass stayed piled up at the garbage can by the elevator.

Great place

We had a great stay here. Guest room was slightly smaller than appeared online. Still plenty of room for our group. Room was clean and has a nice ocean view. Check in and out process was super easy. Will absolutely recommend the whaler to friends.

Great place to stay!

This is our second year in a row staying at the Whaler 4A! Reasonably priced in comparison to other and you are right on the beach! Miss Adonna is very easy to work with and the condo is very clean!

We had a good stay. The condo was in a great location. The elevator was broken when we got there but Adonna called the repair person and they got on it. There was construction going on but didn't disturb us at all.

Perfect get away

The property is very clean well furnished and updated. It is the perfect quiet vacation and family get a way at the beach. We will definitely be back on a frequent basis.

The Whaler 4A

This 2 BR-2BA property was perfect for my husband and I. We loved being right on the beach and the location was convenient for visiting neighboring beach towns. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were quite soft. All amenities were as described. Very clean and comfortable! Would stay again!
