The property is wonderful and we had a great time in the large accommodating area. The large parking area and back porch made for a great time and many memories made. Thanks to James for having it top notch for us. We have rented this place twice now and our group is absolutely in love with the property we have dubbed "Paradise" The kitchen area made for great family time and laughs. The rooms held all of our group and was very relaxing. Look forward tp another stay.

We spent three days with 11 students for our Beta Convention. It was an excellent choice, and our students loved the venue. One suggestion is to leave a room location diagram so the rooms are easier to locate. We will definitely use this location for future conventions.

The property was our weekend home for 6 families. We get together each year to celebrate Christmas. We were so happy to see the Christmas tree still up. The teens enjoyed having all the indoor activities. An indoor pool, pool tables, golfing area, shuffle board and loads of games. The outdoor grill was perfect for grilling and there was emough space for us all in the dining room. The property is huge. Everyone had their own bed and there were plenty of bathrooms. It was a great weekend.

What a wonderful getaway for a large family or retreat for a business group. It offers everything you could imagine I would suggest bring groceries. That way you never have to leave.

Beautiful large estate with many option to keep little ones busy! Plenty of bedrooms that weren’t stacked next to each other but spread out in such a way that each family could have their own area to repose. From the very large indoor pool, fishing in the large pond to foosball and pool tables, the family had many memories made. Thank y’all for sharing your multi generational home!

Wonderful retreat

Our family wanted for nothing at this home! Everything was clean and wonderfully kept! This home has so much to offer and the owner's was very accommodating and got back to our very needs very promptly! The kids had a blast as well as all the adults! I will be recommending this place for years to come!

Great Vacation House

Jay and the house were amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay over Spring Break. Lots of places to spread out. The indoor pool was awesome! If we ever had a question, the owner was quick to respond. We hope to visit here again someday.

Hello, I am a board certified family and psychiatric nurse practitioner. Because my medical career is focused on wellness my goal in creating "Double Acres" was a family oriented staycation destination. We have family centered activities for every age group. Located on 20 acres with over10,000 square feet of living space there are ample family gathering locations throughout the property. Family bonding is the primary goal. From swimming, fishing, billiards, arcade games, volleyball, basketball, a home gym, foose ball, and even ping pong "Double Acres" has it all. Perfect for small or large family getaways, reunions, corporate retreats, weddings, life celebrations, the reasons to visit "Double Acres" are endless.
