Tinyhouse LakeView Cottage with a MILLION DOLLAR VIEW!!


Adorable tiny house with a spectacular view of Otter Creek on Lake Cumberland. It is located in Monticello, Ky in a rural part of the area. It’s about 12 minutes to town. There is very close (driving distance) swimming access, kayaking, boating, boat ramps, fishing & marinas. Plus, your likely to see lots of wildlife. I have kayaks available to use for $25/per day/per kayak! Pets welcome for $50 per stay!! I supply everything you need, all you need to bring is your clothes and food. Including: gas for gas grill (always a full tank), firewood for firepit, ice maker, regular coffee pot including coffee & creamer, bathroom essentials, fan, electric fireplace, etc.. The cottage is located on a dead end road, so hardly any traffic and very peaceful! Early check in is available for a small fee if house is ready!

We had a wonderful stay! Holly was easy to communicate with. The cottage was quaint, clean and cozy. The views were spectacular! We spent days on the lake and evening watching the sunset. This is a great place if you’re looking to unplug and spend quality time with your special person couldn’t recommend more!!

Beautiful view

The view was gorgeous and the accommodations had everything we needed. Lots of wildlife (Kittens and frogs and bird all around) joined us while we sipped on wine.

Perfect little cabin on the lake

The place was super clean and had an amazing view, especially in the evenings during the sunsets! Holly the host was super nice and helpful with some places to check out and has a great design touch for the lake life. If you're looking for a little cabin with lots of character, you need to check this place out!

It had a great view of the lake. Outdoor relaxing areas were nice. The cottage is small but we didn’t spend much time inside so it was fine for the 3 of us and a small dog. It had everything we needed. Would stay there again for sure!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This adorable tiny house was perfect. The view is gorgeous, bed is comfortable, and outdoor space was super enjoyable. We were fortunate to have perfect weather for our stay, but I can’t imagine it wouldn’t have been a great experience no matter what. We will absolutely be back!
