When it is time to settle down each night, throw a few logs into the wood-burning fireplace and cozy up with a good book in hand until everyone is dozing off to the sound of the crackling flames.

Sitting mere steps from the heart of The Village at Mammoth, this condo is perched in a perfect location for shopping, dining, and ski access! Simply hop on the Village Gondolas and you will immediately have access to a plethora of beautiful ski runs for all experience levels. Come summer, hiking and biking trails are scattered throughout the area and Sierra Star Golf Course is less than a mile away if you want to work on your swing with a round of 18! Regardless of how you use each day, a beverage from Mammoth Brewing Company is always a great way to end perfect evenings.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
