Immerse yourself in mountain life at The Village #2408, a charming condo perfectly situated in the heart of Mammoth’s Village—just steps from the Village Gondola, boutique shopping, and a variety of restaurants. Nestled inside the White Mountain Lodge, across from Grand Sierra Lodge, and just around the corner from the Lincoln building, this location offers unbeatable convenience.
The Space:
Welcome to your cozy, centrally located mountain retreat, The Village #2408! This condo is thoughtfully configured as the perfect escape for two.
This well-appointed unit offers an inviting atmosphere with an open-concept layout seamlessly connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas, making it perfect for relaxing together after a day on the slopes or trails. The décor embraces the Sierra Nevada setting, featuring rustic owls, mountains, and bears throughout the space, set against a warm palette of gray, black, and tan carpeting.
The living area is the heart of the condo, anchored by a beautiful stone-faced gas fireplace that provides instant warmth and ambiance with a simple thermostat control. Relax on the comfortable gray couch or the plush brown reclining chair, complete with a plaid blanket for maximum coziness. Entertainment is provided by a 40-inch Sony Smart TV (older model supporting Netflix and Amazon Prime Video apps). A portable AC unit is permanently available for warmer summer days.
The adjacent dining area features a handsome wood table with seating for four, perfect for an intimate meal or a round of cards. Above the dining table, a red ceiling fan keeps the air circulating.
The kitchen features dark stone countertops contrasted by rich, red-wood cabinetry, some with frosted glass fronts. It is fully equipped with sleek black appliances, including a fridge, microwave, stove, and dishwasher, alongside a chrome faucet with a sprayer. The dark tiled floor and backsplash complete the modern-rustic look.
Step out onto the small, private wood deck just off the living room. It’s equipped with a small table and two metal chairs, offering a unique vantage point overlooking the energy and activity of The Village below.
Sleeping Arrangements:
• Bedroom: King bed
• Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa
This unit also includes a full bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
Five Minutes To:
• Mammoth Mountain Ski Area (seasonal shuttle available)
• The Village Gondola
• Popular hiking and biking trails
• Local shops and restaurants
Things to Note:
• Coin operated laundry is available during your stay. Operating hours are from 9am-10pm.
• This unit is on the fourth floor.
• Parking is available for 1 vehicle in the underground parking garage off Forest Trail. The parking pass will be found on the kitchen island. It is Denoted "Owner" This is the pass they should utilize at the unit. Parking enforcement begins at 6pm.
• There is an elevator within the building. The building elevator is operated and maintained by the building management, not by us as hosts. While it’s typically available, please note that any maintenance or outages are outside of our control.
• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
• Due to Mammoth’s remote mountain location, Wi-Fi and cell service throughout the area can be spotty or occasionally unavailable—this is a common experience for visitors across town.
• Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance, but if the property is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, you’ll be automatically notified.
• Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested within 24 hours of your departure and is subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed, and additional fees may apply.
