Great stay.

This apartment was small but very cute and perfect for my husband and I. I was extremely excited how clean it was. The layout is great and her decorations are amazing. Everything there that you need. Loved it.

disappointed the pickrl ball courts are closed and this was never communicatedl Otherwise all was good Host was responsive to a couple of small issues This was our second time renting the unit very happy

Great Unit and a wonderful location

We loved the unit and the location of the property, other friends of ours communicated with the owner by phone while they were there and was wondering if that would be possible. Also, they received a portion of their deposit back depending on the condition they left the unit ..... I thought we would have to, but did not. Please advise

Perfect get away!

The condo was as shown in the listing with new furnishings, and fresh linens. The bath was recently remodeled and kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils. We appreciated Katya’s attention to detail. The welcome bottle of wine was a lovely surprise. We would certainly stay again.

Beautifully updated condo

My family and I stayed in this condo while visiting my parents in Ocean Village and we had a wonderful time. The owners were accommodating and very easy to work with. The balcony has really nice views of the golf course and ocean views as well. This is perfect for a small family or a couples getaway.

Great condo!

We enjoyed our time at the condo. It had everything we needed and was spacious for a one bedroom. Nice quiet area, we did lots of walking, played bocce ball, and enjoyed the large pool.

Ocean Village Ft Pierce Florida

The amenities specified by VRBO which included restaurants in the complex were all closed. The unit is a 3 story walk up and that was not specified either. The owner was unaware as to whether other amenities on the property like fitness room, tennis courts , golf would be available to short term rentals so we had to vet this on our own. I think that as VRBO charged fees for the rental, they should have been more responsible about properly marketing the rental unit and property amenities.

We apologize that you feel that way. However, our post mentioned that our condo is located on the 3rd floor. We also responded to your questions about the facilities at OV before you booked the unit, as well as all regular amenities' rules, regulations, and procedures (HOA rules apply equally/are the same for owners, renters and guests.). We also informed you that there were additional procedures and rules put in place to follow COVID safety guidelines.
