Custom built “Accessible Home", Ocean views

Enjoy the ocean views and a 5-minute walk to Long Sands beach. A 10-minute stroll takes you to Short Sands beach and the Nubble Lighthouse. When you are not at the beach, you can use the grill and enjoy your time outside on the covered deck on the 3rd floor.

This home is accessible to each floor via a custom-built elevator. Other accessible features include larger oversized hallways/doorways and spacious bathrooms make it easy to get around.

To maximize the ocean views, this is an upside down house featuring a 1,400 sq. ft. open concept 3rd floor with the kitchen and living room and a 17 x 17 covered deck with a large weber grill. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, gas stove, granite counters, large island and walk in pantry and is stocked with all the essentials.

We came to town for a wedding and everything was perfect! The house was immaculate and the neighborhood nice and quiet. The location was ideal for walking to town and beach. We had one member in the family who needed to use the elevator and that made our stay so carefree and easy. Alicia was a great host.

Amazing stay in York!

We had an incredible stay in York. This house is perfect for families. We had a toddler, he loved the deck! It’s super safe and really accessible on every level. Highly recommend!! Walkable to beach

Perfect fall get away

We very much enjoyed our stay (9/13-20/24) at this great location in York Beach. The elevator was a wonderful help with our older group members and it was also helpful for moving luggage in. The kitchen was fully equipped and perfect for preparing several delicious meals. We would definitely stay at this home again.

Great vacation home!

We had a wonderful family vacation in York. The house was everything we hoped for and beyond! Great location to Long Sands, Short Sands, York Village and the lighthouse! Alicia was wonderful and very responsive to all of our requests. Thank you!

Highly recommend this rental

We absolutely loved our stay at this house! The house was spotless, very well organized and spacious. The location is great - a quick walk to both Long Sands Beach and Short Sands Beach, as well as a nice walk to Nubble Light House. The house is stunning with beautiful views. The property manager was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this home for a vacation rental!

Outstanding Rental

Lovely Exceptional Home

This beach home is exceptional. It is immaculate,well organized and more than comfortable. The accessible features were greatly appreciated. Three floors of light and open space

Open, bright, clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed to host a Thanksgiving feast for the family. Everything was easy to find and use. It was a stress free stay. I am in a wheelchair and was able to access all the spaces in the house.

Amazing property

This is our second stay at this property. It is spectacular! Very clean, well organized and has everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation. We have teenage boys who brought their friends along. They all enjoyed the available ping pong table and corn hole toss after a day of surfing. Location is perfect- a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. The property manager, Alicia, is attentive and easy to contact if you should have any concerns. We will definitely stay at this property again!

Amazing!!

We rent a fair amount of houses for vacations as we have a large family. This is the nicest house by far we’ve ever stayed in, and the only one that has ever exceeded expectations! My mother is handicapped- in a wheelchair - and she said her favorite part about this vacation was the house. Everything was truly accessible, open, light and airy. Plenty of space for everyone. Our host literally has thought of everything! From extra toothbrushes to plenty of linens, so many nice touches throughout the house. We will definitely be coming back next year!

Spotless, Spacious and Spectacular Area

This house has a high degree of cleanliness, wide open rooms and a great location. The top floor has a well-stocked kitchen, a large dining table and wonderful screened in-deck with great views. The middle floor has most of the bedrooms and a fantastic roomy shower. Sets of towels are thoughtfully laid out on the beds, which are very comfortable. The Ground Floor has one en-suite bedroom and the garage. Having use of the garage is very handy, and not typical in most VRBO's. The elevator is so nice, particularly for those of us with physical disabilities, and much appreciated. 5 Stars!

Endless Summer Can't Be Beat

We hosted family for a weekend celebration of our son's college graduation from UNH. This property is amazing! Absolutely spotless from top to bottom. Honestly, I typically shy away from home rentals because I am picky with cleanliness and this property was pristine! The home was spacious and well-stocked with everything you don't even know you may need to host family. We spent most of our time on the top floor in the kitchen/living space. One person in our party has mobility issues and he could easily access the main living area by using the elevator from the ground floor. Alicia has thought of everything and there are so many nice touches throughout that made hosting easy (e.g., stocked shampoo, conditioner, body wash in showers, d/w tabs, plenty of garbage bags, paper towels in kitchen, etc) and extremely well-organized throughout. Communication with the host was next level. She answered questions immediately and even provided excellent suggestions for catering for the grad dinner. All-in-all, having such a spacious home right down the road from Nubble Lighthouse in York made for a special weekend for everyone involved. Endless Summer is a keeper!

Incredible Accessible beach house

Our family loved our stay at this beautiful, clean, and accessible beach house! It was so exciting to find a place where it is easy to fully participate in vacation as a wheelchair user.The location is excellent, close to both beaches in town and walkable to many local attractions. Our kids love the ice cream place in town, and the views were amazing at the lighthouse. We also made a day trip to the Marginal Way in Ogonquit which was spectacular. We went to both beaches, and were grateful to have use of the wagon and beach supplies. We also loved our family time in the house together. It was a bit cloudy during our stay so we made good use of the light, airy, and spacious family room. The kids enjoyed cartoons on the large flatscreen during breakfast.The safe and beautiful elevator made it easy for me, a manual wheelchair user, to move easily throughout the house. Our kids loved the bathtub on the second floor, and the first floor shower was easy to transfer to the bench seat from a wheelchair. The porch was large and lovely and a great place to take in the sunset. We loved being able to open up the screen to the porch and enjoy the beach air. This house is incredible and the hosts were kind and helpful! It was a joy to stay at this amazing house. We truly loved our stay here, and we hope to make this property a regular family vacation spot!

Big, clean and fun!

We had arranged for a family vacation to Rockport, however the house we had rented was not truly as advertised. It was not very clean and was very difficult for 3 small children. I found Alicia's house on VRBO that first evening and contacted her. She responded within an hour and her place happen to be available (Praise God!). This place was exactly what we look for in a vacation rental. It is very spacious with views of the ocean, conveniently located and above all incredibly clean. My wife is a little bit of a germaphobic and she even felt that the house was super clean. We loved how the kitchen and living room were up on the third floor. We had great weather most of the trip and were able to open up the doors to the porch and hear the ocean and birds. The kitchen had everything we needed and much more. We didn't watch much TV but did listen to amazon music throughout our stay. On a rainy day you still have plenty of entertainment. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. If you forget any toiletries she has an ample supply. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The location was great. You can easily walk to the beaches, the lighthouse and the town. Above all, Alicia was quick to reply to any questions or concerns (I'm actually assuming that because we didn't have any concerns).

5 Star Gem

Our family has just returned from a wonderful week in Yoirk Maine that was made all the more special by this home. It is a real gem. Not only is it tastefully prepared, there was not one convenience that was overlooked. The home was spotless and is located less than a mile from the beach and has convenient access to the center of town and many restaurants and shops. Having an elevator to access all floors of the home was a rare find and perfect to accommodate those with mobility issues. Bedrooms and baths were spacious and comfortable. Of all the homes we have rented over the years, this one is at the top of the list. What was also sincerely appreciated was the professional and easy communication with Alicia. She truly made us feel at home. There is little doubt that when we return to Maine, this home is the one we will seek. Thank you Alicia!

Nicely designed house in a great location.

This house was spacious and very easily accommodated 6 adults and 4 children. The house looked relatively new and nicely appointed beach look. Boogie boards, beach wagon, umbrellas and chairs were onsite so no need to haul any beach accessories on our trip. We highly recommend this property for large gatherings.

Perfect Vacation

We had 2 families with children ages 3 weeks to 9yrs old, the location and house were everything we needed. Quick walk to the beach with our stroller and beach wagon and the elevator was super helpful for bringing our stuff in and out. Loved how it also had a full supply of all necessities so we didn’t have to worry about bringing our own beach chairs or toiletries/paper towels/soap ect. Will be coming back to stay again!

A true home away from home

The pictures do not do this property justice. The weather was not the best for our weekend trip, but none of us were bothered by it because of how comfortable and at home we felt. We were delighted to spend so much of our time on the top level with the large open floor plan. The windows bring in a ton of natural light and every piece of furniture is comfortable. The kitchen is large enough to house multiple cooks at a time and it made spending time together so easy. Our best friend is in a wheelchair and could not have been more thrilled to have a home that was so accessible and wheelchair friendly. We also had so much fun playing ping pong in the garage! Alicia is tremendous and we cannot wait to come and stay again.

Great Property - All of the comforts of home

Property looks new, and is well stocked with anything you could possibly need. The garage and a bedroom/bathroom are on the first floor, second floor houses 3 bedrooms (one has 2 bunks and 2 twins) and 2 bathrooms, and the third floor is where we spent the most time - comfortable family area, nice kitchen, dining area and a relaxing balcony. An elevator is available for those who might not be up to take the stairs. While there is a view of the ocean from the balcony as you look between two houses, It’s too bad the view is somewhat obstructed. Having said that, it is a short walk to get to long sands. Owner was very responsive and organized. We would certainly consider returning.

Best Family Rental!

This property is absolutely gorgeous, clean and organized! Alicia is the most accommodating host we’ve ever worked with while renting a beach house. All bed, bath and kitchen linens were provided and she even had 2 pack n plays set up for our littles before arrival. Perfect location enabling you to easily walk to long sands, short sands/town & Nubble light! We loved it so much and will definitely be back next year! Thank you Alicia!

The most perfect home on the Nubble to stay at!

We have been going to York for 32 years. This house by far was the best. Beautiful home perfect for families with little ones to adult. They supplied everything you could possibly need. Linens and towels were amazing also . The owner made the process so easy from booking to moving in. They even gave each of our little ones a sand pail set. How thoughtful was that ! We hope to return next year for another perfect vacation….Thank you very much

Wonderful experience

This was a real treat. Beautiful location, and a gorgeous house. The house is filled with everything you could ever need to enjoy your vacation at the beach. The most organized home I’ve ever seen with everything available. Communication was excellent from booking to checkout. Highly recommend if you are staying in the area with a group of 5-10.

York 2021

The property was very clean and extremely well stocked with kitchen supplies, toiletries, paper products, etc. We have stayed in many vacation homes over the years, and this was probably our best experience. It is obvious the owner takes pride in maintaining the property.
