Renter beware - might have issues with PM but beautiful cabin and location breath taking.
When we arrived, main water valve was turned off - had to call PM to get hat worked out & water on at 9pm.
WiFi is so bad that only 1 device can be used at a time or at all (hard with 2 teenagers). Asked PM about it & he said oh system is overloaded. We then asked for Roku code to sign into Hulu - finally got that after asking 3 times for 2 days.
Day 3 - sitting in living room - power went out. Called PM and he said oh just an outage. We Proceeded to call 3 electric companies before we found the one that serviced the house - all they could tell us was it was a billing issue. Called PM as he didn’t communicate with us and told him that power was turned off due to billl not being paid - he didn’t say sorry or anything else about the inconvenience.
End of day 4 - hot tub stunk so bad we couldn’t use it - had to text PM 3 times - he finally said he will try to come out. We told him we paid dearly for the amenities, want it checked. He did came out and treated the hot tub. We then mentioned that we would like a little discount for all the issues. He said - oh everyone is always looking to get top dollar back for issues. Nothing done. 2 days later, water turned green and we couldn’t use it. PM didn’t care.
Didn’t work: grill (2 burners out - no drip pan so we had to clean it out & buy drip pan for it), hand mixer burned out, 1/2 the griddle in house didn’t work, and Moldy water in bottom of dishwasher.
We told PM about issues - didn’t care or apologize.
