This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom home is the perfect place for a couple or small family! The bedroom features a King bed and balcony access and a 55 TV, while the living room hosts a pull-out sofa-bed and TV. Disappointed

According to the Las Palmas site, this is a resort. The site shows beautiful pictures of pools and landscaping that are misleading and false. There are two small pools, but they don't live up to the pictures. Expect a condo experience. To be fair, the room was clean and comfortable, but we paid too much for what we got.

Great Location

The condo is great for 2 people, althoigh it is small and the balcony is very small when you also have your mtn bikes stores there. The street noise is loud at times as the balcony faces it.

Great location and short term rental

The condo and resort property overall were very nice, but a little dated/worn and definitely need some renovations. All property employees and management staff I spoke with were friendly and very helpful. For the price and the short visit (1week), it was a great choice. Highly recommend.

The apartment had a nice view and was a great place to rest at night. The pool at Las Pammas is very nice so be sure and take time to utilize. The location to everything (I-15, Santa Clair, Dixie, Utah Tech) is great. Lots of good places to eat.

Great place!

Loved my stay here! The condo is in great shape, stayed really cool in temps 115, property amenities were lovely. So very grateful for the pool! Great location - easy to get around the whole area. Bonus points for the trails south of the complex.

My only wish is that I had more time in this beautiful location. It was such an amazing place to stay and with everything including museums and state parks so close I'll definitely be coming back and staying here for a longer time frame.

Wonderful Stay!

I loved my stay in this cute condo! It had everything I needed to feel right at home for my 3-week visit to St George.The view from the back balcony was unbelievably gorgeous.Las Palmas is always a great place to stay with it's convenient location and superb amenities. I'll be back soon!

I was most impressed with the comfort of the beds and loved having TVs in both areas. Really close to clubhouse and poor which is a bonus.

Wonderful Time

Lovely condo with great views. Las Palmas has plenty of amenities to keep you entertained when you aren't making excursions to Zion, Bryce Canyon or the north rim of the Grand Canyon. Condo was perfect for us.

Nice, clean place. Equipped with all the necessities. Great location in St. G. Everyplace you want to go is within 15 minutes away. Nice and quiet. Balcony with an amazing view.

Great for a weekend trip!

This cute little condo was great for our weekend trip. We were able to cook and eat most of our meals there which was a huge savings. The indoor pool was smaller than pictured and the lap pool was closed for repairs so that was a bummer. Las Palmas is a little older so some of the amenities are lacking but overall it’s a good place to stay for not a bad price.

Great getaway

This condo was clean (no musty shut-up smell when you walk in!) and was just as described. The small balcony was great for my early morning coffee and evening reading. We used the pools and especially liked the middle pool with the most palm trees. Everything was great and we enjoyed our days in the sun.

Overall nice. Probably would’ve slept three comfortably instead of four. Or two small children on the pullout and not two teenagers. But overall good stay.
