The epitome of Southern California indoor/outdoor living. La Jolla Shores compound on rare 1/2 acre. Super private backyard featuring a pool and hot tub, outdoor fire pit, infrared BBQ and custom barrel cedar sauna.
Chef's kitchen with high end appliances; Sub Zero refrigerator, double Fisher Paykel dishwashers, double ovens, and Caesarstone counters. HDTVs with subscription apps (Disney+, Netflix, Hulu, and HBO Max), premium cable and WIFI. Fireplaces in Living and Family Room, Large Primary Suite with private en-suite bathroom and adjoining outdoor garden and shower.
This property has been featured in Dwell Magazine's home tour. The resort like compound features expansive patios and quintessential California resort style living. The home features 5 sleeping rooms: 3 full bedrooms, plus two additional sleeping areas in a private loft addition. Separate wing with private office/nanny suite, ideal for multi generational families.
The home is equipped with several exterior security cameras and a doorbell exterior camera used for security monitoring purposes.
*PLEASE READ ALL RULES AND EXPECTATIONS PRIOR TO BOOKING**
While our #1 priority is ensuring that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us, we also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them prior to confirming your reservation.
1. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Violators of the quiet hours will forfeit their deposit and be asked to leave with no refund for the remaining days of the rental. This is not a party home.
2. Check-in time is any time after 3 pm. Check-out time is any time before 10 am. You're welcome to request an early check-in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed and we can only confirm 24 hours in advance.
3. No glass is permitted on the pool deck or in the jacuzzi.
4. We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the home.
5. Parties or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM-8 AM. Violations after our initial warning may result in your removal from the property.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.
7. Our pool does not have a child's safety fence directly surrounding the perimeter of the pool. Please be advised of this safety concern when booking the property. The home is an indoor/outdoor space, with many doors directly opening onto the backyard pool area. All individuals on the premises/pool, assume full liability for any injuries, damages or losses that may occur.
8. Optional pool heating service available for $75/day. Please inquire about heating the pool prior to your stay as it can take up to 3 days for the pool to be fully heated in the Winter months. There is a 3 day minimum for pool heat. This extra payment will be charged as an extra service through VRBO.
9. When you make a reservation with us, you are agreeing to all of the above House Rules.
