Great location, a short walk to the beach and dog friendly. This is an excellent 1BR 1BA with a really good floor plan. We loved the fact that the bedroom is set to the rear of the unit nice and quiet with very little foot traffic. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. Carol is very quick to respond and was easy to deal with.

Location was good. Short proximity to the beach. However, overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Two half used dirty bottles of aloe Vera were left in the refrigerator and the outside of refrigerator did not appear to have been cleaned (handprints, smears). Pillow shams on bed appeared dirty with yellow stains so we did not use. Bedroom had cobwebs on upper corners of bedroom walls. Suitcase valet was broken. Unpleasant musty smell upon entering the condo as well.Fortunately, we spent most of our time on the beach so we enjoyed the easy access.

Listing advertised Condo right next to the beach walkway, pictures also make it seem that way but it is 2 blocks from. They also had a few roaches we had to kill which was gross. I let the owner no and she seemed indifferent. All this to say it was not worth the 700 we had to pay, failing our expectations.
