Brand new 1400 sq ft apartment in the heart of Rutland City. This dog friendly open floor plan was just built for a relaxing place to work or play. Full kitchen with everything needed, super fast wifi & internet with desk and monitor, 65" flat screen TV with high end sound system, large mudroom upon entry for skiis and gear. Come and stay for skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, biking, local breweries and great dining. We are only 10 minutes to Killington and walking distance to downtown.

Pet Friendly

I was there for 3 weeks and was so comfortable. I was close to everything and the apartment had everything I needed, having a washer and dryer was a plus. The stairs were a challenge for my 75 year old needs but I managed.

Long-term stay

I stayed for one month in January and it was a great setup for a remote working trip - lots of space, good internet, kitchen, and large living area in addition to the very comfortable bed in the bedroom. This place is in a good location to ski at both Killington (20 minutes) and Okemo (30 minutes). The location is also conveniently located near grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants in Rutland. We really enjoyed the Hop’n Moose and Restoration Barbecue. This is also near great New England towns such as Woodstock (magical town with art galleries, shopping and places to eat) and Brandon (Red Clover Ale and River Pub & Grill).

I am a third generation Vermonter. I love my home state and I own the business next door. We bought this building to expand our businesses footprint and created this beautiful open floor apartment for people that want to have a place to stay that is both conveniently located and feels like home. We have a three year old granddaughter in Colorado that we love to visit and we love to spend time in Florida during the winter.

Vermont has so much to offer, whether you love to ski, snowmobile, hike, bike, fishing. There is something for everyone! This place is special because it has all of the items you need to feel right at home and everything is taken care of. The location is key, being right down the road from Pico Ski resort and about a 10 min drive to all that Killington has to offer! Downtown Rutland is walkable and there is a Dunkin' Donuts next door and a Starbucks down the road. You have a lot of privacy because it is over two businesses that only use the space a portion of time during the days.
