Discover this cozy, charming, and fully renovated apartment, located right in the heart of Bordeaux, across from Saint-Jean Station. Tastefully decorated in a beautiful, traditional Bordeaux-style building, it offers an excellent base in a lively and bustling neighborhood that remains quiet.

🌆 LOCATION AND NEIGHBOURHOOD
You’ll be staying opposite Gare Saint-Jean, in a lively and bustling neighbourhood with all the main attractions nearby. Tram line C runs 100 metres from the flat and serves all the city’s key locations.
From Mérignac Airport: Tram A or bus 1 to the Gare Saint-Jean stop, then a 1-minute walk.
Parking: The apartment does not have its own parking. The public car park at Place de la Victoire is 200 metres away (€19/day). Street parking is free from 7pm to 9am, as well as on Sundays and public holidays.

Great apartment in a great location

This was a cute little apartment directly across the street from Saint-Jean train station which was super convenient. It had everything I needed and was a quick tram trip to the city centre.

Nice apartment

Nice apartment right at Central Station. The window actually faces the square so it is quite noisy when the windows is open and people can look inside, unless you close the curtain. It used to be quite warm in there but generally the apartment is well equipped, looks nice and is cozy.

Les frais cachés et la pression pour payer

Après ma réservation sur booking, j'ai reçu de nombreux messages (plusieurs fois par jour) m'enjoignant à payer 49€ supplémentaires pour frais de ménage et de draps. Ces frais étaient quasi-invisibles sur le site de booking. Il n'est pas possible de revenir en arrière sous-peine de perdre l'argent de la réservation. En outre on est également obligé de payer 250€ de caution, du jamais vu, surtout pour un séjour de 2 nuits. En bref on a le sentiment de s'être fait avoir et de recevoir une forte pression pour payer. Si j'avais su j'aurais bien sûr choisi un autre logement pour mon séjour à Bordeaux.

Appartement très coquet et hôtel calme malgré sa proximité avec la gare. Accueil ponctuel et souriant de Katja... Une suggestion toutefois : la batterie de cuisine ne fonctionne pas sur les plaques à induction et cuisiner devient donc impossible. Malgré tout je reviendrai volontiers et le conseillerai à mes proches.
